Ordered ahead. Poor barista was left alone while everyone else chilled out. She was slammed. She had no idea about my order being placed. When she started it, she did half of it and then started another order. Another barista came out finally and attempted to help. Not great service. Drinks were ok.

I just stopped to get a warm tall Matcha with a hint of vanilla and they did a good job making it so I’m happy it’s a hit or miss with all Starbucks. That’s all I can say.

I have been going to this Starbucks 4 days a week for the past month since I just started working in the same shopping area. My experience up until today has been fine, the drinks are fine, haven’t eaten there so I can’t speak for the food and my experience with the employees up until now has been ok.
Today the treatment I received by one of the workers ensured I will not be returning. I’ll go out of my way and take my business elsewhere.
I typically go sit on the patio when I get off work and eat my lunch, as I’ve witnessed many other people do. Once I finish my lunch I’ll sit and scroll on my phone for a while before heading inside for a tea and returning to the patio while I wait for my ride home. I have never had an issue doing this until today.
Today I grabbed lunch from firehouse, walked over to the patio and sat down to eat as I have done for a month now. I was waiting for my roommate to meet me for coffee once I was done. As soon as I bit into my sandwich a blond headed employee with glasses and a tattoo sleeve (this was my first time seeing them work here so idk a name) opened the door and told me I needed to buy something or leave with the most hateful tone. I told them I eat my lunch here almost every day and I always buy a drink once I’m done. They went back into the store and I finished my food and left. I understand not wanting people to loiter but I’m a regular customer at this store, if they’d have bothered to simply wait 15 minutes instead of being pushy and rude I’d still frequent this store but as of now I’ll be taking my business to yellowhammer.

I love their coffee drinks but I don’t even come here for breakfast anymore because they keep selling us crap with raw bacon on it. The sandwiches, the breakfast burrito, it’s consistently raw. This is the second time I’ve thrown my food away because that’s nasty to me.

Drinks and service were excellent
I am deeply disappointed by the discriminatory treatment my father experienced at your location today. He drove through the Starbucks drive-thru in a different vehicle than usual, one with a Palestinian license plate, and was shockingly denied service. When he calmly went inside to ask why, he was told by an employee named Chris that he was being refused due to allegedly throwing trash in the parking lot and being rude to staff—neither of which is true.
Instead of addressing a specific incident with evidence, Chris directly referenced the “Palestinian plate” as a marker of identity, which raises serious concerns about racial profiling and national origin discrimination. Under Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, businesses open to the public cannot deny service based on race, color, religion, or national origin. Additionally, Starbucks’ own Global Human Rights Statement and Customer Service Policy stress the importance of inclusion and nondiscrimination.
My father has been a loyal customer for 13 years. Today, he was humiliated based on a false accusation and a prejudiced assumption tied to his identity. This deserves accountability, and I urge Starbucks to investigate this incident and hold employees like Chris responsible for such behavior.
Absolutely disgusting behavior at this Starbucks location. A supervisor blatantly refused to serve a customer simply because he was Palestinian. No explanation. No excuse. Just pure, shameless discrimination.
How is this acceptable in 2025? This kind of racist behavior has no place anywhere — especially not in a business that claims to value diversity and inclusion. It was sickening to watch someone be treated like they don’t deserve basic respect, just because of who they are.
Starbucks, you need to do better. If this is the kind of management you allow to represent your brand, then your values clearly mean nothing. Until there’s accountability, I won’t spend another cent here — and I hope others won’t either.
Great customer service and drinks we ordered were refreshing and really good.
