My mobile order went terribly wrong. My $2.39 PLAIN BLACK COFFEE (they obviously prioritize the fancy drink$) was cold and tasted watered down, and the bread on my breakfast sandwich was a little hard as if it had been left in the microwave for too long. I asked for a refund instead of waiting for them to brew a new batch since I had errands. The manager/person in charge appeared to care less and issued the refund to a GIFT CARD when I opted for my original form of payment. On my way out, a homeless guy was outside the door. He went from rummaging through the trash to standing guard at the door. None of the staff asked him to leave, so it was uncomfortable for me as a woman walking past him both times with my belongings in hand. I'm not sure what happened at this location today, but I won't be back.

This is my go to place for coffee and to get some me time or meet up with a friend to catch up. Great atmosphere. Drive thru is always a big long line but they do their best to make the line go quick.

I use this location several times a week since they opened. Always wonderful service until the last couple months. The tip question at drive thru should not be there. At first a few times I have given a tip even though they aren’t cleaning up behind myself using their facilities.So I stopped giving a tip. The last couple months I have not left a tip. They are super nice until I select no tip. Then I get a blank face, a cold shoulder and the silent treatment. Not to mention waiting longer on my order.Very rude to ask for extra money when they don’t clean up behind you.

Just went through the drive through and the young black lady at the window was horribly rude about her not taking our order at the screen then proceeded to yell at us as we pull of . Used to come here every week but never again . Teach your employees to learn their manners on their mistakes plz .. she took everyone’s order but ours then told us to pull back around the entire building and replace the order while we was already sitting there at the window asking why noone was taking our order very poor customer service ..

This store epically sucks. Seriously EVERYTIME. I always try to give the benefit of doubt that they’ll make my $7 drink like the other locations but it’s always horrible. They can’t even warm bakery items up correctly. Everyone at this store just needs to be retrained because it’s kinda ridiculous atp. The recipes aren’t consistent with the other stores and that’s unacceptable. Chris the supposed to be “manager”, with his snarky remarks and sassy demeanor could be a huge part of the problem.

The Maelstrom Hold

To be honest, This review is hard to write as I have gone to this store for almost 3 years , 3-4 times a week for my office , getting about 4-6 drinks at a time. Never had any issues with customer service , just the occasional drink remake but when its busy , that is common for bigger orders , nothing ever serious. They handled everything with such care i felt truly at home.Recently though, about a month ago, out of the blue I was accused of trying to get free drinks and that it would not be tolerated, I have never asked for anything for free. Despite being hurt and upset by the accusation, I didn't want any issues , especially with how often I come to the store, i simply apologized to the manager and tried to make it right.Since that Day every time i go in to that store, i am shunned, ignored, and when they do have to acknowledge , they are very short and rude and half the time wont even look at me. Not to mention Every, Single, Drink I have ordered has been comically made wrong, including the last drink I got from this store, in the picture, the Matcha Frappacino I always get and love the taste of had so much Matcha it was bitter and grainy and all around undrinkable. I want to believe it was an accident but they weren't busy, or short staffed at the time, the lady who made it has made it several times in the past perfectly. I just cant ignore this anymore.I didn't realize how bad it had gotten till i went to the store on airport blvd next to the mail and they were so friendly and nice, just like Government store used to be.

Aside from the lovely coffee I didn’t get it was magnificent. I called at 6:30 and was assured they would be open when I was planning on arriving at 7. The young lady James who answered the phone was rude over the phone and when we arrived at 7:36 the doors were locked. We made eye contact with a young woman who had long brown hair and she refused to answer the door. Do not go here if you like service and happy people!Google maps says they close at 8!!

Very laid-back friendly customer service. There are so many different choices and so many different ways you can make a coffee I never know what to order. The bistros there are extremely helpful in the process of helping me make decisions on which new drink I want to try next! THE PINK FRINK CHANGED MY LFE!!!!!
