I had a cortado, which I found to be great comfort food. It hit the spot. I also had a dragonfruit drink which had a slight taste i can only described as chemical. Nonetheless it was also good.

Excellent service and good food. But the best thing is the service of all the staff, especially a girl whose name I don't remember, but she treated me like I was at home and helped me with my son. I recommend it 100%. I invite everyone to visit and experience it.

Used to come here a lot since it’s in a convenient location but won’t be coming here anymore. Sharp piece of plastic in one of the drinks. Original woman I spoke to was pretty nice but I forgot her name, said come back in for a remake (they didn’t want to refund it) and I guess I waited too long because I went back in and they couldn’t do a remake. They weren’t very helpful and didn’t want to hear it or see the receipt or anything… even if there was nothing they could do, she was pretty rude and snappy with me. Uncalled for. I just walked out and went to the Starbucks 3 mins down the road and bought a drink instead.

I was sitting nice and quiet in the store charging my phone and reading, I asked if I could sit for just a few more min as my phone was dead..didn't want to be stranded on the road traveling with a dead phone. One of the young ladies stated that she would call the mgr. and ask for permission. Gabby Scott told me that the store was closed..I told her that the other lady was getting permission w mgr. Gabby walks over and states 'sorry No we're closed' I asked her who is the Mgr. she stated there is no mgr. I'm the mgr. I said we all have superiors...she never told me the name of Supervisor. I understand rules, however I am a mature and civilized lady that asked for a few min to charge my phone for safety purposes..I disliked her insensitivity and the hesitancy of answering my question. Instead of worrying about a customer charg a phone, her focus should have been on the fifth in the store. It was very unkept. Dirty tables, floors, trash and dirty restroom. There is too much going around for the store to be dirty and unsanitized. The public's health is MOST IMPORTANT!

This Starbucks location is consistently great. Accurate and fast orders, even at peak times, and staff that are always friendly. They are my first choice Starbucks because they are very attentive and kind employees and deserve our Tips and business. Clean counters and tables. The only problem is the music inside is always on full blast. Like at least double the volume at any other locations. Staff and customers have to yell over it. You cannot sit and enjoy a cup of coffee inside with another guest if you intend to hear said guest. If you're attempting to steal a moment to yourself during the workday or between your commute or classes, sit outside. If you want a nightclub experience, then this place will work haha. For drive through experience this place is the fastest barring things outside of their control.

The drink was fine, services was fine. however, if you don’t want to scrape the heck out of the bottom of your car, DONT GO HERE. there is a GIGANTIC divet when you pull into the parking lot. i slowed down and it still scratched the bottom of my car, and i don’t have a super low riding vehicle. it’s probably more an issue with the city but seriously, it is so bad. i actually went on a dang roller coaster just trying to get into the parking lot

It’s the ONLY Starbucks I go to when I treat myself to their overpriced coffee but I’m okay with the price because of the smiling faces & the unforgettable kindness of the whole staff at this location! Amber at the drive thru is someone who can make even the worst mornings become the best mornings! She is genuinely considerate & doesn’t have an ounce of impatience within! She shared with me that I could get a certain flavor of coffee that’s not specifically listed on the menu which made my whole day to know that for next time & even added that flavor to my coffee I ordered that day! Also, her customer service skill is unmatched by other locations I’ve visited in the past & it reflects on the quality of service specifically at that Starbucks that ensures that I & others will continue to go back! I drive past this location legitimately every single day & I stop anytime I’m affordably able to treat myself to their wonderful aromas & flavors of coffee that Starbucks offers! This location has yet to make me a bad cup of coffee & they’ve even offered me free coffee as they’re one of the safe places for DV victims/survivors (like myself) & though that was a few years ago I have never forgotten their genuine care & helpfulness they gave me & allowed me to sit in there all day as long as I didn’t disturb any of the customers or staff members which I didn’t I sat there quietly on my phone & ordered a coffee with the last of my $ & stayed seated until I was able to find a way to a safe place I could stay. The management & staff have always been so welcoming & helpful to all & they’ve got at least one forever customer! Keep up the great job you guys! Because good customer service is difficult to find & we (customers) all appreciate the service we receive from you all at this Fantabulous Starbucks! Also, if you haven’t visited the Greer’s in downtown on St. Louis St. you can find me there 5 days a week being as dedicated as possible to giving everyone the greatest customer support & services I love to offer to all! I’m the smiling lady at the cash register say Good Morning, Good Afternoon, or Good Evening! Welcome to Greers! And we’re not a typical grocery store with our amazing food & roof top dining area & coffee bar that serves old Dutch ice cream along with several other delicious in house baked goods & breakfast sandwiches! Come check it out! You’ll want to grocery shop there every time! Also, we serve draft beer, wine, & margaritas that you can shop & drink or enjoy in one of our dining areas!
