Beverage options such as veranda blend, elphabas cold brew and pike road coffee as well as their excellent orange juice are my chief attraction. Ham and Swiss baguette is chewy and very good as are the chocolate croissants, the turkey, provolone and pesto on chibatta is good.

I called to cancel my order because their doors were locked and the drive through was backed up. They never refunded my order. 👎
Put in a mobile order which went through. I went to the door with a note and the door locked. I then went to the drive through where the girls says in a rude sing song voice “ we are closed and I don’t know when will be open , but what I do know is have a good day. I asked about getting a refund. She says I don’t know, but the app can very rushed. I understand things happen , but kindness goes a long ways.

Even though they were busy this morning, the wait was very minimal. Batista was great with a recommendation to substitute in place of something I used to drink.

I recently visited Starbucks and got a big surprise. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie only to learn that the price has increased by thirty cents. For one cookie that’s crazy. At that moment I decided to stop buying their cookies. I’ll buy Chips Ahoy instead. I shouldn’t have been stunned but was. I plan to use all my stars and not frequent the restaurant unless my mom wants tea.
My other problem with this company is that their Veterans Day offer sucks. Veterans receive one cup of coffee whether you drink coffee or not. I explained that I don’t like coffee and would like tea but was told corporate doesn’t allow it. I contacted corporate asking them to reconsider two years in a row but they wouldn’t budge. For a company that doesn’t do a thing for Veterans throughout the year you’d think they would allow this request. SAD.
Went through drive through. I watched them prepare my drinks then walk off leaving me siting for 13 minutes. My drink was basically melted by the time I received my order

I have been to this Starbucks more than I can count. Even before COVID, as I work from home, for several months this was my "morning commute". Often I would get coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and a sandwich for lunch. It can get pretty busy here, and ingress/egress traffic flows can back up. But the morning weekday staff, were always consistently expedient with orders, recognized me at the drive-through, personable, and just super nice. I don't go much anymore, but as far as Starbucks go -- hat's off crew! :)

Every time I come to this location there is always problem. Sat in line just for them NOT to honor the promotion that was going on. It was literally 6 clock when I made it to the window and I’m confused how you can’t comply honor something. Asked to speak to a manage. The employee are always rude management is just as worst. Go to any other location besides this one.
