I go to this startbucks often and never have any issues with their service. Everyone is always friendly and nice in the mornings. I do wish there was more consistency in how they make my drink. It's kind of a coin toss on if it's going to be good or not which is disappointing when I order the same thing every time. I have gotten them to fix my drink once before, but that took an additional 5 minutes of waiting when I was on the way to work. This isn't the only Starbucks that does not have consistency with their products in my area, so I've learned to have low expectations with Starbucks.

The coffee I received was the worst coffee I have ever tasted from Starbucks. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte almond milk decaf. I normally get this coffee. And the barista that made my coffee first handed me a cup without a sleeve. That coffee was really hot and when I asked for her to give me a sleeve she said that the sleeves don’t fit on tall hot cups, which I know is a straight lie. The Starbucks sleeves will fit on a tall to large size cup.They don’t fit on short cups that why they double cup the shorts. But what really bothered me was the slow fullness to get me a sleeve while I had the very hot coffee in my hand. Then I took my lid off because on the first sip I noticed there was no pumpkin seasoning. So I tried to get the barista to come back to the car and she was to busy singing loudly to pay me any attention even thought I honked my horn multiple times. And I saw in the rear view mirror someone walking outside and it looked like they were telling her over the mic to come back to the window but she was very slow-full in doing it. And when she opened the window she said Oh you needed me I was having a whole musical in here. I completely didn’t notice you. How rude you should be there to work and help the customer first not to sing and ignore the customer. So I told her about my drink and she put the pumpkin seasoning on top. But then she said she blended in the pumpkin topping in the drink. Now I have been getting this drink for yearssss and I know that the seasonings always goes on top. But to add she lied again because I didn’t taste any pumpkin seasoning. But my point is it should go on top. Also my drink was way to frotty for it to have been a latte. And one thing I have noticed about getting drinks from Starbucks is if the baristas don’t follow the recipes it throws the drinks off. Thats from steaming the milk to adding the right seasonings. After all, that’s what customers pay for is for our drinks to be made exactly the way it should be. Needless to say all of that took five minutes and that’s with no one else in line with me. Starbucks isn’t what it use to be anymore and I don’t see it coming back. I am done with the brand 7brew is now my new place. This drink was not worth the six dollars. And this is coming from a six year Starbucks enthusiast.

Yeah, I mean, we pick it up. We do the drive-thru; it's so simple with Starbucks now. You know, you just place your order, and it's ready to go. I get the honey citrus tea; it's so fantastic! I have no idea what my girlfriend gets, but she goes there often, so obviously, it's good. We'll be back.

The people who work here really don’t know how to make coffee. They don’t even filter the coffee properly. Everytime I get my coffee there for some reason there is
debris floating on my coffee and I always find coffee grounds at the bottom of my coffee. It’s utterly disgusting ! The staff requires training on how to make a freaking coffee 😭 I’m always just wasting money when I buy coffee from here.

This is the second time I have gotten my coffee and there was no coffee in it...just a cup of hot milk. No espresso, just hot steamed milk and foam. Disappointed

Beverage options such as veranda blend, elphabas cold brew and pike road coffee as well as their excellent orange juice are my chief attraction. Ham and Swiss baguette is chewy and very good as are the chocolate croissants, the turkey, provolone and pesto on chibatta is good.
