Amazing service! I love stopping in the mornings. They have great energy and delicious coffee. Truly sets my day into a great forward motion everytime I visit
Awesome service from the staff here. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly working hard to keep things running smoothly.
That said, the inside of the store was uncomfortably warm and humid. It honestly took away from the overall experience. I don’t know if the temperature is controlled locally or by corporate, but it doesn’t seem aligned with the reality of the weather here in Mobile, Alabama.
I hope this can be adjusted, because the team here is doing a great job and the environment should match the level of service they’re providing.

I ordered my drink through the mobile app and received a notification at 12:09 PM that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived a few minutes later, around 12:15 PM, my drink wasn't ready. Despite being the only customer inside and only like two or three cars in the drive-thru ( who each all got their drink before mine) and with four employees working, another customer who ordered in person after me received their drink before mine. I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes from my arrival. I chose not to cause a scene and just waited. When my name was finally called, I got my drink, but it tasted incredibly watered down. To make matters worse, the store wasn't busy; after the drive-thru cars left, I waited alone for about ten minutes before the other customer came in. I'm seriously dissatisfied with this whole experience.

This is always my favorite location to stop at, not only because it’s minutes away from my house but because the staff members are so sweet, helpful, and friendly. Today I even tried something new and instead of being impatient, the team member who took my order was very chill and even helped me come up with my order. Then oh my God don’t get me started on the barista that made my Frappuccino, she was literally an angel because it was AMAZING (I got the Venti Pistachio Frappuccino with 8 Pistachio Pumps and 4 of the Vanilla Bean Powder). Of course everyone should stop at this location, especially in the morning to start your day off the right way!

I don’t know if this a Starbucks thing but they never provide napkins or straws . I’m ordering food why I have to ask for a napkin literally everytime !!!!!! Yall could at least ask if I need those things

I go to this startbucks often and never have any issues with their service. Everyone is always friendly and nice in the mornings. I do wish there was more consistency in how they make my drink. It's kind of a coin toss on if it's going to be good or not which is disappointing when I order the same thing every time. I have gotten them to fix my drink once before, but that took an additional 5 minutes of waiting when I was on the way to work. This isn't the only Starbucks that does not have consistency with their products in my area, so I've learned to have low expectations with Starbucks.

The coffee I received was the worst coffee I have ever tasted from Starbucks. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte almond milk decaf. I normally get this coffee. And the barista that made my coffee first handed me a cup without a sleeve. That coffee was really hot and when I asked for her to give me a sleeve she said that the sleeves don’t fit on tall hot cups, which I know is a straight lie. The Starbucks sleeves will fit on a tall to large size cup.They don’t fit on short cups that why they double cup the shorts. But what really bothered me was the slow fullness to get me a sleeve while I had the very hot coffee in my hand. Then I took my lid off because on the first sip I noticed there was no pumpkin seasoning. So I tried to get the barista to come back to the car and she was to busy singing loudly to pay me any attention even thought I honked my horn multiple times. And I saw in the rear view mirror someone walking outside and it looked like they were telling her over the mic to come back to the window but she was very slow-full in doing it. And when she opened the window she said Oh you needed me I was having a whole musical in here. I completely didn’t notice you. How rude you should be there to work and help the customer first not to sing and ignore the customer. So I told her about my drink and she put the pumpkin seasoning on top. But then she said she blended in the pumpkin topping in the drink. Now I have been getting this drink for yearssss and I know that the seasonings always goes on top. But to add she lied again because I didn’t taste any pumpkin seasoning. But my point is it should go on top. Also my drink was way to frotty for it to have been a latte. And one thing I have noticed about getting drinks from Starbucks is if the baristas don’t follow the recipes it throws the drinks off. Thats from steaming the milk to adding the right seasonings. After all, that’s what customers pay for is for our drinks to be made exactly the way it should be. Needless to say all of that took five minutes and that’s with no one else in line with me. Starbucks isn’t what it use to be anymore and I don’t see it coming back. I am done with the brand 7brew is now my new place. This drink was not worth the six dollars. And this is coming from a six year Starbucks enthusiast.
