Update: I called Starbucks and spoke with a manager who was nice enough to give me an item to make up for the lost stars. I thanked her multiple times.
All I ask is that people perform the job they’re being paid to do. Not hard at all. Companies should pay people according to their work efforts. If they did I bet you customer service, our experiences, and overall job performance would greatly improve. I can dream can’t I.
I visited Starbucks at Target on 10/1/24 because some Stars were going to expire. I asked the barista what I needed to do to use Stars and she said she only needed to scan my barcode. I said great and continued with the transaction. Later that evening I checked my Stars balance and was mortified to see that they had expired and the barista didn’t use them. I’m beyond upset because no one pays attention these days. She had one job to do and she failed miserably. Now, I’m out of Stars and I want to be compensated for her blunder. Do Your Dang Job!

The workers here are allergic to following directions for the drinks they make.
Very nice location. The workers are so helpful and nice when asking about coffee. It’s also extremely helpful to stop for coffee while shopping. They also have coloring pages at a table to draw so it speeds up the wait if they are busy and the coffee is really good at this one.

Very rude staff. The “barista” making my drink was storming around complaining that she can’t leave for 10 minutes and wants to get out of there. I ordered a grande iced black tea with no classic. They told me they don’t have grande cups so they’re going to use a venti cup and give me less. Okay, no problem. When I finished paying the cashier said my order would be right up. At that moment the angry employee slammed my drink on the counter. It was tea. Not easy to mess up. It didn’t even taste much like tea because it was clear and weak. Expect terrible service at this location.

Been there this morning. The person who served me was very rude, not welcoming at all. Coffee flavor was very nasty. I made sure to call and tell them that. I am daily customer for many years but another location but there is a huge difference in the flavors and the treatment! The coffee was tasting like burn or extremely heavy!I asked for 4 venti coffee and the employee was surprised and said will take us a while to brew you the coffee! I mean it’s just 4 cups guys!!! Will never be back to this location! Hillcrest is always the best ever
Unprofessional crew talking and cackling. I ordered a Strawberry refresher blended with ice like a slushy consistency and they gave me the regular refresher.
