This place always run out of " White Chocolate Mocha" rite after most Friday to Sunday. So, check the apps first before travel here.

If I could rate lower I would. Took 1 hour for food to arrive. Waiter didn't key it in immediately. My food was cold!! Mom's chicken was nothing but burned crust!!! Had to pull crust off to fine neat in chicken. It was terrible!!!!

I went through the drive thru at 7:40 tonight. I wish I caught the employees name, I THINK it was Alex, but he was a young guy working in the window.The store was out of like 9 items that I wanted before I found one, and Alex (?) was so nice and genuine and apologized profusely.He made what would otherwise be a negative experience into a very positive one. Please make sure to make it a point and thank him for that, I’m sure he was dealing with customers being rude all night and we was genuine, so nice, and made it a great experience for me and my +1.

Sucks you have to tip before you get your drink because majority of the time you get the wrong drink. How did I order a pumpkin cream cold brew and receive an Iced Chai latte with cold foam. Make it make sense.
A Starbucks is a Starbucks, but the drive thru line is always so long. I drove up right to the box with only four people ahead of me in line and still probably waited 20 minutes.

Coffee is usually very good. Morning weekday service is great. Weekend service is always terrible. Super slow. Drive thru backed up to Schillingers blocking the parking lot and entrance into Moes and Starbucks. I tried order in the app to avoid the wait and it said my drink -nonfat mocha- is sold out? So I went inside and placed my order - which they had- but again had to wait. I know folks are working hard but need to figure out a way to speed it up! I gave the atmosphere 3 stars bc there is piles of boxes/freight on the floor all the time.
