I have to say I am honestly shocked. This might have been the best experience at a sit down establishment I've had in months . We came in during a very slow time so that might have something to do with it. The staff was friendly and very quick. I think from sitting down to getting our food was less than ten minutes. The waitress even made suggestions based off what I was asking for which I ended up loving. The burger was amazing and the shake was delicious. My wife commented that the amount of salt on the fries wes perfect. I can't believe I've been sleeping on this location!

The food was great and so was the service. People was working there are very curious. I am handicapped and out waitress was very helpful.One of the cooks walked me out to my vehicle. He even loaded up my walker.

Christine at Steak ’n Shake absolutely crushed it. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The food was great, but the service was even better.
At one point I jokingly asked if I could steal the milkshake glass (don’t worry—I didn’t 😂), and Christine handled it with such good humor that it turned into a great laugh for all of us. Those little moments are what make a meal memorable.
My wife and I truly appreciate the excellent service Christine provided. She was professional, fun, and on top of everything. If you’re eating here, hope you’re lucky enough to have Christine as your server—she’s amazing.
