Walked in at 9:00 at night after leaving topgolf for my son's 15 year old birthday party. We had 13 15-year-old boys and for adults. Ian was our waiter he handled all the boys very well. Even repeated the menu back very fast and wrapped it back to the kids. I had to get it on video it was awesome he's a great waiter. Just wanted to give a shout out to him he made our experience above & beyond. Thank you Ian

There has only been one time that the service wasn't good. The drive-thru worker handed me a busted milkshake cup (it was pouring out on me) and she acted annoyed when I requested a new cup. Otherwise the staff have always been nice and knowledgeable, and the food and shakes are delicious.

Get fresh beef tallow here! The price is good and it's much more healthy to cook with beef tallow!
It’s consistent with the brand - food is good burgers are great and shakes are reallly tasty - if you are going through the drive through - be prepared for a good long wait. This is a restaurant with a drive through - not a fast food restaurant.

Love this Steak and Shake! We got to meet the owner and he has really put a lot of work into the restaurant and the employees. Our waitress Crystal was outstanding! Polite, great with kids, and extremely caring. The food was incredible, loving the beef tallow fries too!
