It wasn’t too busy tonight, it was almost empty inside when we pulled in. I ordered the frisco melt, add a patty, and someone else ordered chili-cheese fries with their meal. My melt was supposed to come with three patties after adding one, but instead it came out with only one patty, and the jerk in the kitchen was short and rude to the server when he tried to get it corrected. They still tried to charge for the extra patty I never received; after complaining, I finally received the second patty it originally comes with and just ate it as-is.
The chili-cheese fries didn’t have chili, and when we reminded the server, we received a cup of chili on the side and they tried to make us pay $4 for the chili. Then the manager made the *server* pay for it, according to the server. We kept asking for mayo and refills, as well as silverware. The server kept trying his best, but he was getting overwhelmed by our table and the other table he was waiting on.
We asked for the manager and she never came, but she did come into view to socialize with the crew, one of which was openly cussing in the lobby on his way back in from break.
I don’t know what’s happened here, but we’ll drive all the way out to the one on Schillinger. It’ll be a cold day in Hell before any of us ever come back to this one.

Store said hours open at 7am sign said all you can eat pancakes 7am til 11am but i sat in my car and waited until 7:20 am and no one even showed up to open the store. I left and went to waffle house.

I’ve order DoorDash from here many times and every single time I order cheese fries they give me chili cheese fries. I’m not sure if it’s a joke or on purpose but it’s extremely annoying and inconvenient. It’s not hard to read a screen and put the right food in a bag. I understand a mistake but this happened every-time without fail.

The food was not The greatest, however our server was fantastic. She was seating and serving the entire restaurant as well as busing tables by herself. Her name on receipt was Christi, she was doing a fantastic job and doing the very best she could by herself, the restaurant had at least 8 employees in the kitchen but she was the only server there, again she did a fantastic job.

We used to be frequent customers of Steak 'n Shake when we lived in Ohio from 2004 to 2011. We hadn't been to one since we moved to Colorado so when we saw this one while traveling in the area, we thought we'd give it a shot for old times sake. The food was pretty average with the fries and milk shake being the best part of the meal. Burgers were just ok. We got a soda and forgot to say light ice and it was heavy with ice. The biggest disappointment was when we tried to get a refill for our icy, icy soda, the staff said they don't do free refills. Not sure if it's a Mobile thing, a southern thing or just a Steak 'n Shake thing, but it was a surprise to us.
i came by late after rehearsal, about 9:15, and about after 10-15 minutes of paying for my order in the drive thru, they were cutting up inside and they had to ask again what my order was. it wasn’t until 15 minutes later i got my food. very bad service and terrible work ethic

Posted hours are 7am til midnight. After working a 14 hour day we stopped at 10:45 pm and they were closed, doors locked. Several employees inside cleaning up just looked at us and returned to what they were doing. Wow

Literally sat in the drive thru for an hour waiting for them to give us our food only for the order to not even be close to what we ordered and decided to just drive away. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant by far.

The service here is horrible after ordering in the drive through for long periods of time then when you you get your order it's not what you added for then they have nasty ass attitudes when you correct them about your order remind you for the price you pay everything should be perfect
