In Mobile for a couple days for work. Stopped there after checking into my hotel. Food is pretty darn good & the woman at the window was very friendly. I'd highly recommend if you want a quick, filling meal.

Ordered 2 birthday cake shakes, 1 without sprinkles. How did I end up with cookie dough? It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so hard to get back in the parking lot to make it right but now I just wasted money on something I can't even drink.

Went a couple of times, and their food quality is always good. However, I noticed a few times that they forget one or more topping items when you do a mobile order. Today, they forgot the grilled onions that I paid extra for.Otherwise Service is kind, and the atmosphere, is great, just needs to be more efficient in getting orders correct.

One person working the floor while another worker sits at a table and one at the bar. I specifically ordered a milkshake no whip no cherry go my shake with whip cream and instead of remaking it they just scooped the whip off what if I was allergic? Server attitude is dry I will not come to this location again.

This was the last time I visit Steak n shake. The food was horrible and the customer service was sub par. I ordered a Frisco burger and was giving the ends of the bread. I ordered a single and it had nothing on it. This is way there was no cars there or in the parking lot. The food has went down considerably.
