I ordered a lettuce wrap triple steak cheese burger this is the bs they gave me. No cheese no lettuce wrap. Not only that they over charged us. As we waited there was more than one person came in after us ordered and got there food 10 minutes before mine came out. This is insane that's not cheese that's mustard in the picture

Our waitress Angel was barely speaking and wasnβt friendly at all. She brought our drinks and came back to get our order and threw dirty napkins on the table and was very rude. When we asked for fry seasoning and sauces she seemed like it was a chore to serve us. She was standing around being very inattentive. We sat without drinks for a long while before she asked if we wanted more drinks. Normally I would highly recommend this place but I hope no one has to be served by Angel. This was terrible service for such a well known restaurant.

Brought my shakes in Togo cups bit into my burger which was cold and pulled a hair out . It belonged to the white girl with two toned hair . I will not eat here again

I came here for my birthday yesterday and i was extremely disappointed. Our server was doing the bare minimum the entire time and i could barely even hear her, she was talking in this monotone barely above a whisper voice. its not like i was rude or anything either i was ready to have a great time, i thanked her and smiled at her constantly. she took about 5 minutes to bring our drinks out, but there were only 5 tables and about 3 waitresses so what could she have possibly been doing. When she brought our food and drinks out she swapped me and my partners orders. She was really quite a downer. i got the same thing i get every time since i was a kid, a frisco melt. it was super bland, the patty was uneven, thick in some parts thin in others, the bread was kinda grey like they didnt clean the grill properly, and they didnt even cut it in half all the way so there was straight up bread with nothing on it on one half. they also didnt season our fries at all. i was going to get a shake but our food was so unappetizing i just wanted to leave. dont go to this location!!! they have fallen off!
