Likes to close early instead of at the time stated. After sitting in drive-through for 10 minutes with another car, I pull around to window and get someone to window and ask why no took my order. He said they were closed and I asked why they close early which he looked at clock and said it's 1155 we close at 12. Told him I had been sitting in drive-through for 10 mins and he said they always close at that time. Has happened several times now.

They had me and my husband waiting for at least 25 minutes to be seated at a booth not only that there was nobody else in there no other customers eating there was only one server and she was over there snickering to herself cleaning another booth when I mentioned waffle House is open 24 hours she went" huh!!!!". Like she was offended. So we sat at the bar finally taking our own seat while we watch the cooks in the back Snicker and talk back and forth to each other but never saying one word to us and mind you not one customer was in the building the whole entire time so we got up and left The service there is awful The food is probably matches the service because they apparently didn't want to work It sucks to hate your job that bad I feel sorry for them if you have a bad attitude you have a bad everything they must be miserable God bless them have mercy on them

Erica was our server and she was amazing. She greeted us with a smile, ensured our drinks were always full, and made the best recommendation for milkshakes! The food was amazing and when delivering it to our table, Erica noticed a mistake on one of meals. She promptly had the food corrected and replaced. 100% recommend this location and ask for Erica!

Our server was terrible. He sat at the bar and looked dead at us as I was trying to get him to come back to our table. He was rude. The milk shakes were terrible, almost like they were made with expired, frost bit ice cream and the table was disgusting. The female wait staff in the store, however, were very interactive and Very friendly.
