Tried to call in an order. The man on the phone was completely rude and would not tell me what came on the sandwich, told me to look online. There is also no longer a dine-in option This is not 2020 anymore. Restaurants should be fully open and serving people. I was looking forward to eating here, but they have lost my business for good. Customer service was completely non existent.

The owner's attitude towards customers is horrible! He's short staffed and takes it out on the guest when maybe he should pay a little more to attract more employees. I'm not sure the case but he needs help bad. I just called to ask if they were open, he answered "sub king hold". All I was going to ask was if they were open..He needs help mentally and physically! It's not our fault sir.

The best sub shop chain in Mobile is SUB KING! The closest thing you are going to get to a fresh hogie! The guys and ladies that run the shop on Hwy 45 are the nicest people to have prepare your food!

Went to knock on door to let them know we were there but lady at window said we had to get in line to order when we ordered online. Went through drive through in huge bucket truck due to working in area only to be told to go park AGAIN. Owner comes out and tells us to next time park and knock on door.. That's literally what we tried to do. 20 years going there, I've never had any issues until today but I just gotta remember we ALL have off days. Food as ALWAYS.. AMAZING

Love this place the royal sun and scrap sandwich are my favorite ? the only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because they don't offer any thing but kool-aid and tea to drink and the tea is hit or miss and I don't like the fact you can't split a order in drive thru the man who works here can be rude as well
