Subway in Mobile

“My absolute favorite subway location. Always super quick, accurate on ingredients, as well as friendly. They don't cut your short on ingredients or forget to toast a subway, etc. Highly recommend this location. They also have a drivethru!“

“I do the filly cheese with flat bread American cheese roasted, then they put olives, spinach, cucumber, a skinny single line of mustard,smart with mayo black pepper and a skinny single little line of sweet onion sauce, black pepper on top. Every time I go...“

“My partner and I ordered online at 6:05pm on 12/29/23 and were told the order would be ready by 6:20pm. We arrived by 6:15pm and waited until 6:20 to try to pick up our order.

Once we entered the store there was a line of not only walk in orders but online orders. Apparently the receipt machine was out of paper and was not updating employees regarding what orders were being made online and what not so they were far behind (but doing their best).

We waited in line with many others to inform the employees of our order which took us about until 7pm to get made. Thankfully the employees at this location aced fixing the situations and kept their composure (as a previous food worker I know the situation can beyond stressful, especially when customers get frustrated or entitled). Unfortunately we were also told they were out of napkins as well (kindly offered paper towels instead).

The issue I see here is inventory control. This set employees up for a disaster of a shift considering it's a prime location off of a busy street and more often than not employees do not get a day in whether or not to keep online ordering on. Five stars to the employees but 2 for the management/inventory control manager. Employees deserve better and if it's a continuous issue not only do you risk losing customers due to wait times (not employees fault) but also potentially losing employees for lack of stability in the work place as this sets them up for not only a hectic shift but also aggressive customers. Customers quickly become entitled and blame the employees in front of them even if they had nothing to do with the issue. At the grandbaby location I saw a perfect example where it wasn't the employees fault but he was verbally harassed and berated by a female customer for something he could not control and did his best to fix. Management/inventory control needs to do better. Way to go sandwich makers/cashier's at this subway, keep up the good work!“

“Good sandwiches and the staff was real friendly. Nice greeting when you come in and very helpful making your sandwich the way you want it. Check your mail for coupons which will save you money. I used a 6-in combo coupon and got it for $6.49. They have a good selection of bread, Cheese, meats and toppings. Everything looked clean which is a plus.“

“I n normality don't venture out and try new things that often; well I did** I ordered . The beast, Italian herbs and cheese bread, pepper jack cheese,, spinach, pickles, black olives and I was amazed it makes me wonder what else I have been missing out of it trying new things yum yum ? eat fresh“

“I will say that while ordering with the male I was a bit hesitant because he didn't seem very friendly, but I think that was just his demeanor and not anything personal. I initially asked for cold cut but changed my mind and they let me know he was going to get fresh meat (which was definitely a plus) but i let them know it wasn't that i was just debating on ham and cold cut and change my mind. They seemed very nice and adamant to make sure the sandwich was delicious. The bread was probably the best bread I've seen at a subway thus far and I will be returning based off of that alone. This will definitely be the location I use from now on.“

“Service was great!! The young lady who made my sub, Haley, took her time putting my sandwich together. Hard to find someone in a restaurant that thinks about if they will eat what they serve the customers before hand. That’s a good trait to have while dealing with the public. She was a delight.“

“Dined in today and this location was wonderful. Store was clean and the employees were fast and friendly.
I don't know what is wrong with the world today but almost every customer before and after us, save for a few, were incredibly rude and disrespectful. The workers all stayed friendly and respectful to each one of them regardless. I applaud their patience. Will be back!“

“Customer service was good. Polite quick. Could calm down the mustard. Srirachi sauce needed change the veggies over some were not looking good. Remarks were study with customers no time as one employee comes from back from she says washing dishes. Shoulda been pulling what's needed for the line. Some customers like to see that lets us know we getting fresh food.“

“My go to subway. There's a young man working there and from the first encounter I saw his resilience and poise from a situation with how he handled a different customer. On top he pay attention to how he makes the food. Even if this location wasn't close to me I would make the trip.“

“Me being the jerk that I am I came in Subway 9 minutes before they close expecting to get yelled at. the lady at the register was super nice made my order and didn't complain, her name was Ella. Ella needs to be a Subway trainer her professionalism is extraordinary. Also this is one of the cleanest Subways that I have ever been in, I've lived in eight states, been to a lot of different subways this one looked the cleanest and also smelled the cleanest y'all got something going here let's keep it up.“

“Stopped by to "special order" a foot long sub. I like the fresh, soft, white bread. I got the honey ham and American cheese toasted. The ham was spread all the way to each end of the bread. This way the first and last bite are not just bread. They also spread the mayonaise, bbq sauce, lettuce, sweet onions, pickles, tomatoes, pepper, cucumbers, ... They cut the sub into 6" lengths and wrapped each separately. It's easier to eat in 6" sections. After writing this report, I am getting hungry for another sub....“
