TERRIBLE!!! Waited 45 minutes in line while she made FOUR SANDWICHES. I had already placed a mobile order prior. I wait 45 minutes for her to tell me she can’t make my sandwich, I ask for a refund and she looks at me with disbelief and says to do it online so I flag down the other worker and ask her for a refund and she gladly shows me how, contacts her manager, and provides wonderful coustomer service. Even getting me cash change while the other worker has a look of disgust on her face.

Just wanted in this store for 15 mins . The worked looked at me atleast 10 times never said a word. Another customer came in after me and the first thing he did was ask her what what she needed. Maybe it was because i was in a wheelchair. Maybe not. Just strange how a woman came in 10 mins after me and got helped right away. This location is garbage and I will never spend another dime here.

Crappiest service I have ever had in my life. There’s so much I could say. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak but when I got it and got home with it had no cheesesteak only vegetables. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog.

I was ordering and ask my bread be toasted before adding meat getting a 6 inch. She started fixing sandwichand I asked are u going to toast it she replied I didn't ask for it to be toasted.. And told me I need to know what I want and I didn't know and I can't help if you undecided and called me a girl told me you need to know what you want argued with me so I said I don't want anything. Her reply girl you need to know what you want and I left but she continued to argue and be unprofessional. 5:52 pm November 13th. If this the type of people gonna run someone business they're gonna run it in the ground. Afterwhile it will probably be shut down she needs to be fired before someone kicks her butt. She is highly aggressive for no reason. I'm appalled. As an older woman.

this location skimps on sandwich portions, going against Subway corporate policy, and offers no resolution to make it right or apology. employee wears a NIGHT GOWN to work. as others have noted, they lock the store well before posted closing time. go to a different Subway location.

I ordered steak and cheese sandwich. I hadn’t found the steak yet but nothing but raw vegetables I could take a picture and show you how would not be doing this again? I’m from New York a lot of stuff advertising it because it’s not even worth the time of the money it’s a joke.
They close down early came 30 minutes before close after work. They lock the door and wouldn't let no one come in because they started cleaning that losing money

Had to repeat myself three times on what sandwich I wanted even tho he was looking directly at me . Almost like he just wasn’t listening. Then the girl who went to put the veggies on my sandwich took a phone call in the middle of doing it, touching her phone with her glove hands then proceeded to not change gloves and touched all the veggies for not only my sandwich to be contaminated, but for others to be contaminated. Gross . Girl was obviously in a rush to leave and didn’t care
