Had to repeat myself three times on what sandwich I wanted even tho he was looking directly at me . Almost like he just wasn’t listening. Then the girl who went to put the veggies on my sandwich took a phone call in the middle of doing it, touching her phone with her glove hands then proceeded to not change gloves and touched all the veggies for not only my sandwich to be contaminated, but for others to be contaminated. Gross . Girl was obviously in a rush to leave and didn’t care

This place has NEVER once gotten an order right for delivery, the people are rude and disinterested, theystand there and look around while there's a sandwich and customer right in front of them waiting, and the bread and cookies are always either old or they just don't have any. When opening my sandwich to eat it, almost every time has the bread been cut but not the meat, so the sandwich falls apart when you pick it up. I've tried giving this store multiple chances but this is ridiculous y'all either need new management or to just close at this point. And on top of that alot of subways are taking the original sandwiches off the menu, if you want a spicy Italian to bad it's gone and you gotta pay extra to get the hotshot Italiano with ham it doesn't tell you about and you can't take it off.

I placed an order for 2 sandwiches at roughly 1:25 my order said it would be ready at 1:55.My order was marked as ready and picked up, while not having been made. When I went in to cancel my order, they told me that I had to come back Monday for a refund, with the receipt that said I had got my food.There was then a screaming match with the lady at the front, who butted into my conversation about how stupid it was I couldn’t get my money back. Neither employee was wearing name tags and both refused to give names to make this report.Extremely irritated, extremely angry, extremely upset about this situation. Under no circumstances should an employee begin yelling at a customer.0/10 experience on all accounts, I would like my money back, and will never return to a subway again.

Came to this location on September 30th and 9:30 am. Door was locked. Started to walk away girl opens the door telling us they have no bread and are trying to make some. Did end up getting 3 itialin cold cuts. But no bread that

Clean place, organized, and has a standard Subway atmosphere. I'd just recommend practical training for the sandwich makers, like when to cut a footlong, informing the client where the line start, how much meatball sauce to put...

The employees here has absolutely gone downhill. A lady before me ordered two sandwiches both of them identical and the guy making the sandwich even repeated her two of them are the same. I had a young lady take my order. When I got down the line the lady before me did not receive her second sandwich he forgot to make it and they ended up putting four people ahead of her. I had ordered a Italian BMT and somehow another I ended up receiving a meatball. While I was there waiting on mine I watched the guy behind the counter make three sandwiches and never once changed gloves while handling other utensils. Will not be going back to this location unless I see a complete change in management and employees

I did an online pick up order. I placed my order around 430pm and asked for a 5pm pick up. I arrived at 4:57pm. When I checked the pick up counter, there was nothing there. I politely waited. The manager had a trainee, so they were a bit behind. She acknowledged that she should have gotten started on it, but they were behind. I took a seat and waited. She had the new trainee make my order and guided him through it. I received my order at 513. The sandwiches were decent. I'll probably go back but won't place online orders again.

Very sloppy service here. Young lady was scrolling through her phone on customer before me, didn’t change her gloves before putting ingredients on her sandwich. It wasn’t my place to say anything. Maybe she didn’t care. Girl was rough with the bread. Maybe because her nails were super long. Sandwich making surface wasn’t very clean. Mayo from previous orders just there. They usually scrape away debris. Unappetizing. Standards seem low. They didn’t have onions. No way you are out of onions at 7:30 on a Monday. Just blah. I went to Piggly Wiggly next door and bought onions! I wish I had just left the food there. Gonna drive farther and get Jersey Mike’s. Everything seems lazy and low energy/vibrational. Subways in this area have some serious issues. No supervision and inconsistent service. Just seems like kids playing ‘sandwich shop’ with your real money.

The sandwich was good, and the young man making the sandwich did a great job, but when we asked for water, the district manager informed us that we would have to buy a cup. Even when I told her my wife was choking on the sandwich, she still said I had to buy the cup for water. At over 21 dollars (with tax and tip) for two six inch sandwiches and 3 dry cookies, you would think a little water was not asking too much. I also did not like having to listen to her lecture her staff loudly directly behind the counter right after I started eating my sandwich, and for the entire time, I was in the store. Very disappointing, we will not be back. It is very unfortunate since I liked the sandwich and I liked the young man making it. You lost 2 customers over a cup for water and a manager who doesn't know how to keep the dirty laundry in the back room when customers are in the dining room.

The employees was high, they also doubled charged my brother. Didn't have a manager on site. The girl working acted like she didn't want to be thier and had no work ethic. Yea the young man was high but at least he actually sat thier with me and actually got the female mishape straightened out. Had to call his manager cause he didn't know how to fix it on the register so he gave me cash back on the managers say. The managers told him to give me cash bank cause it was paid with a card and he didn't know how to work the register to fix it. The manager gave me a whole box of white macadamia nut cookies for the troubles tho!! They were even fresh!! The female kept leaving the building on the phone while the young man was still in the building doing what he was supposed to. Shouldn't have been high working.Parking: Plenty of parking.
