The price here is higher than the subway that failed to serve me properly earlier this day. This first one didn’t serve pizzas anymore, but they had the price at $5.50. This location sells them but at a higher price. I would not ever recommend a business that increases its prices depending on part of town. This location is barely 4 miles from the other but higher prices. This company is a scam.

I will say that while ordering with the male I was a bit hesitant because he didn't seem very friendly, but I think that was just his demeanor and not anything personal. I initially asked for cold cut but changed my mind and they let me know he was going to get fresh meat (which was definitely a plus) but i let them know it wasn't that i was just debating on ham and cold cut and change my mind. They seemed very nice and adamant to make sure the sandwich was delicious. The bread was probably the best bread I've seen at a subway thus far and I will be returning based off of that alone. This will definitely be the location I use from now on.

Very nice lady always waiting with a smile. Helps me figure out what might be best with condiments. Very good service and i tip her well. The only subway i go to when in town. Great Job!!Parking: No problem parking plenty parking available

Worse Subway in Mobile. The lady is always rude and she makes the sloppyest sandwiches ever. They are almost impossible to eat.

The lady was rude with no customer service skills. My order was incorrect and refused to correct or even acknowledge there was an error. I will drive out of my way to another location in the future. This is the second time they got my order wrong unapologetically.

Poor customer service! Owner was extremely rude to my mother and I while ordering subs and death glared me and another customer for no reason at all. Also, she we won’t let use coupons the way they are written. Very disappointed!

I placed an order on Monday 4th of July and the restaurant said it was open and I go to the restaurant to pick up my food and the restaurant was closed and they had charged my card.I go Tuesday July 5th to get a refund and the restaurant is closed again. I finally reach someone on Wednesday and they said to come to the store and they’ll make my sandwich or issue me a refund and when I got to the restaurant they refused to make my sandwich or give me a refund and said I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund or call my bank and dispute the charge. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with subway over the last 15 years I’ve been visiting them

This is location was the first and the last I will visit. The Indian lady was rude in a way where I ask for extra lettuce and other ingredients when she didn't even put enough on the sub. She gave me the dirty look and mean mug like she was unhappy. If this lady running her own franchise which she is the owner of that location, Subway need to come and investigate. Losing business is caused by lack of customer skills, bad manners and attitude toward customers. Either hired and trained someone or close down the business for good. That lady need to be terminated and close down her business.

The customerservice was fine. My problem is when I was charged for a Sub that was supposed to be free. I ordered it on the app,buy 2 get I for free but the app charged me for all 3. I was told to come in and get the refund or another sandwich. Did I mention they Called me? I went to the store three time before I had the chance to speak to anyone because they were still closed @ 10a.m. Maybe they are short staff but this simple fix hasn't been simple. Yes, I'm still waiting for a refund.I had the receipt Showing what happened but I was sent away.

I think its absolutely ridiculous that this particular subway charges $11 for a footlong. I called two other subways and their footlong is $8 and some change with tax. There was also a sign that said she would not take bogo coupons. News flash Lady you need a coupon for your prices. Avoid this location!!!
