this is one of the worst places ever, me and my girlfriend had to use the bathroom so we went into subway went to the bathrooms mind you I asked if i could use the bathroom and only the bathroom they said yes, we walked out 5 minutes later and he had told us we were banned from ever coming back into this store, The manager basically rushed us out of the store just telling us we can never eat at subway again (which that doesn’t bother me but at least tell me why i’m banned from the store😀) He never explained why we’re banned and not allowed into the store again but it’s okay because karmas fun.

What is the point in placing an online pick up order when you get to the pick up and it’s not even been started on? This has happened more times than I would care to admit however this is insane. It’s beats the purpose of ordering online. If I wanted to wait for my food I would have came into the store to place an order.

Went into this location for a sandwich on 3/7/24 around 7:30. Waited for some time, as it was really busy. Finally placed my order for my sandwich & requested extra pickles. There were only literally about 6 in the pan left, so I asked the young lady making my sandwich if she could get more & she said no, it would be a while before she could get some (as if she had to go in the back & cut the pickles herself). I have worked fast foods a long time ago & these things literally come in a bag that you merely open & pour into a container!! The young man working asked her did she want him to go get some & she said no. The young lady was really nasty about MY sandwich that I was paying $11 for. She threw my sandwich to the young man ringing up the order. Employees are getting worse & worse by the day, with the nastiest attitudes! Someone needs to train her again on customer service.

I have to drive 15 miles away from my house because all the stores near my home are Arabic owned and they put as little as humanly possible on your sandwich. I am not a rude person but it is insane how they treat you at Rangeline/Laurendine Rd. If you even ask for extra olives they act like giving you 10 olive slices are too many. I enjoy my olives, lettuce and pickles on my $18.00 footlong! Why is it an issue for independent stores to treat your customers good or even allow us to use coupons you mail us every few weeks. It is like you are printing them for nothing because these local Subway locations refuse to let us use them!
