Went into this location for a sandwich on 3/7/24 around 7:30. Waited for some time, as it was really busy. Finally placed my order for my sandwich & requested extra pickles. There were only literally about 6 in the pan left, so I asked the young lady making my sandwich if she could get more & she said no, it would be a while before she could get some (as if she had to go in the back & cut the pickles herself). I have worked fast foods a long time ago & these things literally come in a bag that you merely open & pour into a container!! The young man working asked her did she want him to go get some & she said no. The young lady was really nasty about MY sandwich that I was paying $11 for. She threw my sandwich to the young man ringing up the order. Employees are getting worse & worse by the day, with the nastiest attitudes! Someone needs to train her again on customer service.

I have to drive 15 miles away from my house because all the stores near my home are Arabic owned and they put as little as humanly possible on your sandwich. I am not a rude person but it is insane how they treat you at Rangeline/Laurendine Rd. If you even ask for extra olives they act like giving you 10 olive slices are too many. I enjoy my olives, lettuce and pickles on my $18.00 footlong! Why is it an issue for independent stores to treat your customers good or even allow us to use coupons you mail us every few weeks. It is like you are printing them for nothing because these local Subway locations refuse to let us use them!

They do not accept the BOGO offer that is currently advertised nationally. They do not accept phone orders. They only accept coupons on a handful of Subs so good luck ordering because this info is only available on a wrinkled piece of paper on the sneeze guard. The guy making the sandwich is a mumbler so every time he spoke to me I had to ask it be repeated at least once. Is this isolated? Two months ago, I submitted an order on their app and they had no meatballs for the meatball sub. They didn't start making it until I arrived and told me then. I asked why they didn't call me or email me they were out of the stuff to make one of my sandwich's, the girl shrugged her shoulders, Subway has spent a lot of money for new subs, popular spokesmen, freshness (we are cutting our meat in store... probably need to fix the (1) franchise owners buy in on national promotions and (2) the employees they hire and train.

Ordered sub accidently at wrong location, realized it and tried to call and cancel it, but got busy signal for 2 hours. Finally got through and they say it's been made. Maybe fix your phones. Manager seems like a poor fellow to deal with.

I just ordered 2 foot long and one 6" from this place. I placed an online order and even included tips. But I get 1 foot long and two 6". I called the store and no one answered. I guess they only had 2 minutes to close and why wud you answer the call right?

The Manager is a very unpleasant and rude man. Speaks to his subordinates like dogs. I go in to be nice to the employees and make them laugh. I enjoy bashing him while he is ten feet away.
