I have been on my health journey since May of 2024 so I decided to eat a Subway salad everyday. I was initially going to Subway on Dauphin Street but the customer service there is horrible and I was told that I was too picky. So I decided to try out this location Subway #37778-0. When I tell you my salad was just like I requested and the sandwich artist was top tier. I wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout out. Needless to say this is my new location from now on. Dauphin Street Subway lost a loyal customer. I eat a subway salad 3 or 4 days a week which means I have spent a lot of money there and always get treated horribly except for when this one lady is there. She’s a sweetheart. Thanks again Subway #37778-0. 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
So I went there and got some sandwiches and asked the employee if they took coupons. She said YES!!! So as I was ordering she wants to see the coupon and asked which one I’d be using. Why? If you take coupons does it honestly matter? I then asked for a pizza for my 10 year old son. He doesn’t eat pepperoni so I told her he just wants cheese. So when I got my receipt she charged me for extra cheese. Never again will I visit that store again.
For one if ur gonna be working at least know how to speak and for to they were terrible they charged us for what they wanted us to pay for n not ehat we wanted at least make sure its not burnt bread bc u left it in the toaster to long

We paid $46 for two sandwich meals
My wife got charged $4 for extra cheese on hers because they marked hers as a build your own which apparently doesn't come with cheese
Mine after not asking if I wanted it put double meat and a they double the cheese again (it already comes with double cheese) charging me $6 for that.
My wife asked for a cup ofranch on the side not on her sandwich they then poured a line of it on mine then refused to remake it
I called up as I could not find a customer service number to save my life one of the people there answered and told me to bring my receipt up I get up there and the person who made our food and the person I talked to on the phone are talking, I explain everything again to the person I had talked to on the phone and the person who made our food sat their lying through her teeth saying she asked if we wanted the double meat and cheese and the extra doubled cheese for mine, she said she never put ranch on mine but I legitimately saw the damn line of ranch on my sandwich the refused to fix or refund anything except the $2 for additional double cheese they charged for mine.
$46 DOLLARS FOR TWO MEALS NEVER EVER EVER HAVE I PAID THAT AT SUBWAY AND I JUST HAD THEM A WEEK AGO
Oh yeah additional edit they tried to keep my receipt when I went to leave I had to take it back from them almost like they don't want me filing a complaint
Disappointing, definitely not up to Subway standards, if they still have any. Basically $20 a meal with some delicious stale bread and old wilted vegetables. The food is edible just not worth it for a “subway” sub.
Although the food was good, I was using a coupon and I was told that I couldn't order certain subs, even though the coupon itself says which subs you can't order, the girl there gave me a list of other subs not on the coupon, and couldn't communicate well as she doesn't have good English speaking skills. She was not friendly and I didn't like the service provided, or the way she spoke to my wife!!!

At first the cost took me by surprise... for what I ordered. Two 6" flatbread sandwiches and that is it. Nothing fancy. One was ham & cheese & the other was spicy & cheese and that was 20$! I accepted the price and went home to eat and the flat bread was as hard as my counter tops. Never again will I visit that subway. The girl working couldn't understand English is why I put a one star for service.

Absolutely one of the worst subways to go to
In mobile! Food is subpar, customer service isn’t where it should be at all, inspections are a time for the employees to completely disregard customers who have already paid! Oh and let’s also mention they will beg for cash tips, I for one do not carry cash and these women really got mad that I didn’t tip cash !! I will NOT be back!!

New girl training but did good job

Cheyanne Dixon was very professional when I went to Subway today.The store looked amazing . I am pleased with the service that I received today.
