My bread was hard & when I Ask the lady can she use another bread she got an attitude ….so I said don’t worry about it …when I called them to see if the manager was in , the lady had a attitude over the phone ….i will never be back in that negative

WOW. JUST WOW!! The new store management has really turned this store around. In less than a month you can already see a difference just from the food quality (the food is always fresh and the bread looks sooooo GOOD) You can feel a change to the overall atmosphere of the place. I came in and the manager was on a chair and getting all the old gross stickers off the door, she didn't ask anyone else to do it for her, she climbed up there and did it herself!!! The staff really seems to care about you as a customer and wants to make your experience the best it can possibly be. The new manager seems to really want to make this one of the best subways in mobile. She is an absolute delight and wants to make sure you are top priority from the moment you walk in the door. I didn't catch her name but girl if you see this, keep doing what you're doing!! I will definitely be back and I'm telling everyone I know that they need to come here!

All soft drinks were awful. Mix was not working. We were the only people in the store, yet our 2 sandwichs we're incorrect.

Closed on a Friday Night at 5:30pm when its not a holiday.
Only have white bread and about half of normal ingredients. Don't waste your time.
