Im real lenient on customer service cauae i know some people have a bad day but whoever she was that was in there 10/3/24 need to be trained on customer service no need to get in detail I wont be back ill go back to firehouse sub.The guy was nice she gave bad vibes.

What a disgusting establishment! I put in a order for pickup first of all they didn't even know where it was after she just made it?! Like what then I asked for a cup because my order was a meal only to get of our drink machine not working it don't have I've other lady says there is so I try it why this ice got black specks in it? Oh you gonna have to pay a dollar for a bottle drink was the help I received so I say it's fine just refund the drink answer I got was that you have to do online which would be fine if that was the truth. Such a lazy set of staff and I have to pay extra because the services you offer don't work? How about y p u turn off you online orders so customers don't order items you as a business can't supply!

Terrible service from older African American woman with brown braids in her hair and blue eyeshadow. We placed a curbside order through the Subway app and arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes after the order was placed. After arriving and parking in the parking lot, we checked in on the app that we had arrived. Waited in the car for 10 minutes and ended up having to call the store to see why our order had not been brought out yet. Mind you, the store was not busy at all at this time. When calling the store we were told to pull up to the front door in the NO PARKING ZONE and still wasn’t given a reason as to why our order had not yet been brought out. The woman (whom we assumed answered and spoke with us on the phone) came to the door dangling our bag in her hand and stood there waiting for us to GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND GET OUR FOOD FROM HER. When we told her we weren’t getting out because we placed the order CURBSIDE, she rudely stated, “I can’t leave the store.” When we told her we were not getting out once again because we placed the order curbside, she told us to come to the drive-thru window. When we got to the window she told us, once again, with an attitude, this was where online orders were picked up. We simply told her we did not select online order pickup, we selected CURBSIDE pickup. We have visited this Subway location many times in the past and have never had this issue. After this unnecessarily argumentative interaction, we simply took our food and drove off. Shortly after we pulled off, we checked our bag and discovered we were MISSING AN ITEM and HAD TO TURN AROUND to go back to the store. When we got back to the store we walked in and she said to us, “Oh, I see you got out of that car then.” We said yes because we’re missing an item in our order. She then gave us the item, and we left. I am not sure what this woman’s problem was at around 7 p.m., July 27, 2024, but she does not need to work around customers if she treats them this way.

I had the worst experience ever at this Subway franchise!! I ordered through the app and I chose curbside pickup. Once arriving at the location I sat there 10 minutes before calling inside the store to check on my order. The lady that answered the phone asked if I would pull up to the door. There are bricks in front of the store so noone can pull all the way to the door. She is standing in the door with my order saying that she couldn't leave the store unattended and would I pull to the drive thru window which I didn't have a problem with. When I get to the window she tells me that she's not walking to a car and that nobody in there was walking to a car. I told her that she needs to discuss that with her employer because I chose curbside pickup. After making it halfway home some of my order was not in the bag so i turned around and went back. When I went inside the store to tell this same employee she tells me "I bet you got out the car then" i am truly pissed at this experience. I will be reporting this store to they're corporate office A.S.A.P. I really believe she was intoxicated because she came at me for no reason at all.

Very clean store. That’s about the only good thing I can say. The lady got mad at me because she asked what sandwich I wanted and I told her my first she never asked if there was anything else she assumed that was it. The. She complained that she makes all sandwiches at once and made the other lady make my 2 kids meals. Asked what veggies I wanted on my sandwich she did make and I told her 3 times the 3 veggies and she still managed to not put the lettuce however she drowned it in mustard which I said no we could do that at home so it wasn’t soggy. The whole time she was complaining about working on her day off but then requested for no days off!!! If you don’t want to work then don’t request to not have days off! Needless to say this subway has to be the worst I have seen as far as customer service goes. 0/10 do not recommend FIND ANOTHER SUBWAY!!!

The sign says they open at 7a. I went at 7:05 to get lunch before work, and the doors were locked and it was dark inside I hope they have not closed. Its a very clean establishment.

Me being the jerk that I am I came in Subway 9 minutes before they close expecting to get yelled at. the lady at the register was super nice made my order and didn't complain, her name was Ella. Ella needs to be a Subway trainer her professionalism is extraordinary. Also this is one of the cleanest Subways that I have ever been in, I've lived in eight states, been to a lot of different subways this one looked the cleanest and also smelled the cleanest y'all got something going here let's keep it up.

I just left this location. When I walked in there was three older African American woman. One behind the counter two sitter down having a conversation. Nobody greeted me they just keep with there conversation like I didn’t exist. The one behind the counter left out one of the ladies sitting down got up came behind the counter after no greeting me looked me right in my face in said “what you want?” I said “how you doing” she didn’t replied. I said it again she said “what do you want” this ladies here are very rude the last time these same ladies was rude this one close to my house but for now on I drive out the way to another one. This is SAD got home all the vegetables was old I bought 4 cookies they tasted they they been there forever. The drinks was nasty hasn’t been changed on top of bad customer service the food was horrible I spend over 45 dollars I want my MONEY BACK ????????

Food was made correctly, and tasted good, however, service was awful.
