This is the worst place to go and get a sandwich. I asked for a turkey Cali club with no bacon and no mayo. I was met with attitude and told I should order something else. I'm customer that knows what I want, not have someone tell mewhat I should get. So I walked out, because I didn't want no bad energy food.

I do online ordering so how to the make the sandwich is clearly typed out on print out receipt! So why was my BMT missing Mayo, on the wrong bread, not toasted and had added banana peppers that is not anywhere on order? I am very disappointed and the lady with the attitude needs to go! She was hateful to my husband and it was a simple pick up! You gotta do better! Frustrated ?

They are desperate for help, hire anyone. Never know if your going to get someone who just throws your sandwich together or someone who listens and gets it right. They even closed 45 mins early one night because they were tired of working.

These so called "sandwich" makers here at this location are the WORST......I STOOD in line for 3 minutes before i was waited on.....here's the kicker......she was STANDING next to me on the other side of the counter on her PHONE SCROLLING....I had to say excuse me are u in line then i looked at her shirt.....hell she works there!!Nasty attitude. Totally. I also suggested her getting a better fitted uniform.I tried calling the store several times but nobody answered. Id lile these issues addressed for me and other concerning customers.

Worst Experience ever! Women claimed I couldn’t get a refund after she messed up both of my sandwiches. I’m pregnant and my stomach started to feel heavy so I sent my boyfriend in.. mention you I’m on the phone with him giving him instructions the whole time, he clearly stated a “cold cut sandwich six inch with everything but spinach” also he ordered a six inch “rotisserie chicken bacon ranch” but for some reason they left off the bacon??.. my boyfriend came outside and explained to me that they said he had to pay for another sandwich after THE women on the veggies side messed up my sandwich.. meanwhile my unborn baby can’t eat spinach due to the fact it could be carrying leaf bugs so I know for a FACT he told her no spinach, now to top that off I knew she wasn’t listening cause I asked for a cup of sweet onion sauce too with my order and I didn’t even get that ???.. now I’ve heard of refunds & replacing a sandwich but now they can’t do that after they mess ups? I had to pay for 2 more sandwiches.. and they was sloppy not to mention the women at the cash register on the other end of the gas station was budging into the conversation being rude and worried about our situation while she has 20 other people waiting in a long line! Will not be back! most terrible experience. it’s unsanitary! gloves was touching everything else including the walls. The older women was more worried about her burning biscuits that she was cooking in the subway oven then everyone else sandwich so ehhh. Won’t be coming back, horrible horrible customer service. This happened on April 13, 2022 with the “morning crew”
I understand hiring disabled people but the company needs to make sure they can do their jobs right. I spent $23 for 2 six inch sub meals with 3 cookies and they were horrible.
