I’ve been to tons of Taco Bell’s in my life, but this one always has the best service every time I go! I don’t think places like this get enough positivity, so I just wanted to spread some!
This place has great customer service. We had a decent size mobile order that my husband went and picked up. When he got back to our hotel one of our items was missing. We didn't want to leave the hotel again so I called the store to ask if we could get the missing item the next day. I spoke to Shawn and he was very professional and lovely. I went back the next day and talked to the employee at the counter. She quickly started making my item and another employee gave me a drink while I waited. Upon arriving at our hotel I realized they were sweet enough to give me 2 of what was missing and threw in some cinnamon twists that my boys really enjoyed. Thank you Mobile Taco Bell!

The service is what made the atmosphere great at this location. This was my first time going inside this location because usually I’m at the drive-through. Chris greeted me with the hello as soon as I hit the door and he was patiently waiting as I decided On what I want. To say he was polite is not to say enough he was so attentive and kind and genuinely so imo. After ask me what drink I wanted , He asked if I wanted lemonade mixed with it because it would be good. I got the dragon fruit fresco with a lemonade and he was totally right. Thank you, Chris! I was super impressed by his presence and willingness to do this and this was an empty store except for one person inside so the tendency is to just forget about the service when it’s not busy, but To my delight and surprise Showed up with excellence even when no one was watching. God bless you and all you do Chris! Taco Bell, give that young man, a raise.
