This was the worst service ever. I ordered 20 dollars worth of food and didn't get half of it. I was given a 3/4 cup of mountain dew first, then told to wait by the double door. After waiting 12 minutes, I was given 3 items out of 6. I asked was this all because the bag was small and light. Then I compared the items to the recipe. 3 items missing. I got out of the car went inside and inquired about my missing items. One cashier argued with the other cashier, that she gave my items to the car behind me. I waited until they figured it out and replaced my items. I felt so rushed and then didn't get what I paid for. Pitiful.

I love when I get asked what sauce I want, I answer, and end up with none. Thats the best. Because honestly the only way to enjoy taco bell food is sauced up. So it ended up in the garbage. So wasted time cooking and prepping if it's going in the trash. Listen to your customers omg why is that so gd

Drive thru worker made my day with how pleasant she was. Patient with me as I recustomized my entire order lol but the Food was still Hot and Accurate. This is one of the best locations in Mobile by far.

I was charged 23 dollars for 3 items. Waited in the drive through for at least 30 minutes. When I finally got home there maybe 2 pieces of chicken on each slice of quesadillia. I've always loved taco bell but that was the worst experience of my life.

Unbelievable Conduct, and Unnecessary Language. This Toco Bell ? has some of the worst food I've ever tried to eat, We spent 46$ dollars yesterday and got all the way home thinking mmm ? tacos and Mexican pizza and burritos, we all three after saying Grace took a bites of our order and immediately spit it out, it tasted like that Greece was a year old that our food was cooked in ?????????? My 78 year old Mom called back to let them know what was going on very nicely so no one else had that problem and was met with rude, nasty, ugly, aggressive, racist backlash, and was hung up on. No reason for that Mom is the sweetest person you've ever had the pleasure of being around. No refund and all three of us are sick today. Buyers Be Ware.Parking: It's a very small parking lot I had someone back in to me as I was waiting in line it's very narrow and If You park to go in until the line is gone you will have a problem getting out.
