Terrible service! Waited 2 hours and left without eating! We will never go back!
The night of march 6th
Me and my wife decided to join the online waitlist for Texas roadhouse, thinking it would save us some time once we got there. We arrived around 7:25 PM, a solid seven minutes before our table was supposed to be ready and checked in just to be sure. The hostess told us to wait for another 10 minutes for a text. My husband and his coworker had a young white races waitress! White woman came in and she served her first after they had been waiting! They asked for rolls , she replied with a smart remark, still no bread, finally she came with bread and slung it on the table and walked off! That was the last straw my husband just got up and left! Racism is still going on in 2023 in young kids, wow Alabama you just set the world back 100 years! Teach your employees to have respect and manners....read full review
