It's hard to get a good ribeye steak anymore unless you pick one out at the store. One that's well marbled and tender. The ones you get at restaurants don't even look like ribeyes. The flavor was good but had grizzle in it. The ones in the display were ribeyes but they don't serve those to you. It took 15 minutes to get a cold draft beer . It was my first visit there and probably my last. The fried onion appetizer was over cooked.

The food is always very good. Especially to be a chain restaurant. Their steaks are consistently better than any of the chain restaurants. That said,the service on my last visit was honestly terrible. It was at a peak time during the weekend, but still... Anyway ,hopefully this was an anomaly, because I will continue to dine at Texas Roadhouse.

Service was really good. Watched 5 different employees walk over broken glass including a manager. It took the managing partner Ms. Alison to clean the remainder up. Overall was a great experience except for the glass incident.

Worst service we’ve ever received. Here for 2 hrs when it wasnt extremely packed. Found a giant hair in food and waited 20 mins for replacement pickles that were no longer wanted after the wait and had a hair in the first ones. Asked a manager for my money back which they agreed to take the pickles off. They never came back to the table. The waitress then came back and told me they arent allowed to do that so i told her i talked to the manager and it was her idea. Waited another 10 mins (has been 2 hrs to this point on a work night) and decided to just leave. As we are walking out the manager was just standing on their phone instead of coming back and discussing anything… The tater skins were also very hard and the cheese is a solid piece on each one. Not good at all and at one point the music was turned up so loud the servers couldnt even hear what the tables were saying, let alone our own table conversations.
02-07-2025: I came here around 15:30 or so and the parking lot was packed. I was surprised I didn’t have to stand in line; I was seated promptly. My friend, K.N., showed up shortly after. We had an excellent meal and were both very happy. I got the 16 oz. sirloin (medium) with a loaded potato and loaded sweet potato on the side. It was oh so good and cooked to perfection! When we were done eating, the pay-at-the-table electronic device was nice! I absolutely love that convenience and wish all places were like that! I wish I got some pictures of my dinner, but it was too late…lol…maybe next time…..and there will be a next time! :)

I always love going to Texas Roadhouse to eat! It's my favorite ...... There is something for everyone on the menu. But I highly recommend the Portabella Mushroom Chicken! It is amazing!
