Too busy to take care of anyone. Waited 30 minutes after finishing out food to try to get our waiters attention. Manager walked around asking if everything was okay, I told him and he didn’t do anything about it. Service is absolutely terrible.

I’ll start off by saying our waitress was great. Aside from one of the things we ordered, there were issues with everything else. Both Mac’s were not hot, one came out as if it was refrigerated. The chop steak was also cold and incredible undercooked, we were unsure if it was safe to eat (see photo). And even worse, it took over an hour to get the cold food. We came here after an awful experience at Outback a few weeks ago and was excited to celebrate my birthday today, but was just so incredibly disappointed.

My mom, nephew, and myself visited Texas Roadhouse on 4/7/25 between 1:45 and 3pm to use our Veterans Day meal certificates and celebrate my nephew getting all A’s again.Our meal totaled $15.92 or $15.29 since the voucher covered two meals. The waitress never brought my mom’s change or receipt back. I didn’t find out until we returned home though. When my mom walked towards the front (hostess area), I thought she either saw the waitress and went to get the receipt or ask for it at the hostess desk. I was attending to my nephew and gathering my things and wasn’t aware.Our experience was terrible. The waitress acted as if she didn’t want to be at work and was unfriendly and rude. Whenever we asked a question she left the table too quickly and we didn’t get to finish asking the entire question.She didn’t clear our table like she should so we were stacking dishes. The one time she removed dirty dishes she never returned to finish. Instead, we saw her carrying dishes from another table and talking to someone who was seated for nearly fifteen minutes. This was shortly before my mom paid and walked out.The waitress messed up my mom’s meal and her and the manager admitted it but got an attitude and especially after I asked him to remake the dish. He insinuated our conversation is what caused the meal to be cold but it was cold before that since we waited while the dish was passed around and finally given to the manager. Then, he brought the exact same piece of chicken covered with gravy and we could clearly see that it was the same piece of chicken which is exactly what I asked him not to do. Pouring hot gravy over cold chicken isn’t right. My mother didn’t enjoy her food but didn’t complain again because we knew they weren’t going to do the right thing.Walking to the from door on the way out was scary because someone either entering or leaving the kitchen dropped a plate of food that almost splattered where my nephew and I were walking. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I’m a steak lover and didn’t enjoy it one bit.We have no plans on returning anytime soon if ever after this. If you don’t want to do your job then quit. When the manager is as bad as or worse than the waitress it makes you not want to eat there ever again.Experiences like these are the reason why I don’t like eating out. I understand being short staffed however, servers shouldn’t be short tempered, rude, and inattentive. Restaurants need to do better if they expect people to continue supporting them.

We had went for a table of 8 ,and they said that they would text or call to confirm us when our table was ready. An hour later, we came in to check on it and they said that they had already sent us a text 15 minutes ago. Which we did not receive, then when we told them that, they said that we would have to wait another hour for a table. In the former hour of waiting, we did not receive a call of any sort to confirm. After when we left, which was like 10 minutes later, they called to ask if we still wanted the table even though we went inside to ask before we left. The girl’s attitude towards us felt hostile and felt like they were accusing us. No apologies were given to us ,at all.

The music was way to loud. I ordered my 14oz ribeye well done it was red. It was taken back and was red again. It came back a third time burnt. And my family was thru eating at that point. Four people and one to go order was 160.00. This happened before with my wife not getting her steak back till I was thru eating. It's my son's favorite so we have been at least 7 times but you could not pay me to come back.

Came in for my birthday & After waiting over a hour to be seated from the time I was on waitlist to waiting over another hour to get food! Everyone else that came in after us got their food & left. A manager with a yellow shirt was so RUDE, he does not need to be a manager! Our drinks were wrong & our food! After touching my steak he wanted to put it back on the grill! He did not want to refix our food or our drinks & it was their fault! But told us we still had to pay for them! He did not care about customer service at all. Another manager (Jerry) came to fix his mess up! So from 5:45 -8:30 the staff was horrible! And that manager was the worse! So don't go here especially if your of melanin! Look at our rolls! A well steak cooked twice and it's still raw

Definitely do not visit this location on Saturday after 5pm or you are looking at a 2-3 hour wait.

We should've read the sign when the buns arrived nearly burnt. Should've cut our losses.But no...Salad served on an almost cracked clean through bowl. Beef tips were tough!! These should melt in your mouth... not melt calories in trying to chew them well enough to swallow. (Not that I don't welcome a good workout...) and SALTY! The gravy was sooooo salty and I'm a salt fiend! So, none is conducting quality assurance.Manager removed my meal off the bill but that doesn't earn him any stars. It was simply the right thing to do.Restaurant is too noisy (poor acoustics), too cold (to rush diners out sooner?) And too.... well... you pick something after you go...if you go.Parking: Vast parking lot. Ada parking readily available.

went to Texas Roadhouse for my sister's birthday dinner 04/05/2024 the reservations were set for 5:45pm we were not seated until 6:50 it was 15 guest we had two different servers 8 of us got quick service while 7 of us didn't get our food till almost 9pm I ordered a top shelf lit drink that tasted like a wild cherry pepsi I wanted to return the drink and get something else the manager stated that even tho i did not want the drink I would still have to pay for it alcohol is final sale in his words " I can't put it back in the bottle and sell it so no returns' he was very nonchalant unorganized and rude people who came in after us got their food and were done and we were still waiting by the time our food came out I was over it I paid for my non returnable drink that I did not drink and sent my food back 5 of the orders was wrong and had to be sent back the manager walked around asking other tables how was their service but never came back to ours after the dispute about the drink the customer service from the manager to us was poor our server did what she could to the best of her ability but the overhead is ridiculous I will never eat there again after sending my plate back and getting it taken off my check I went right over to Longhorns were I got in was seated and served In a timely fashion and with no hesitation of great service Texas Roadhouse SUCKS
