I enjoy this TGI Fridays location for game watching and all day happy hour vibes! The drinks are great, not riddled with sour mix, and Monica at the bar is amazing! Typically, I pass on the food options (except the potstickers-- they're great), but overall the service is fantastic!

I was there for a family reunion. I must say first the first time I was not happy with my food order. But the atmosphere was great!

Just getting around to reviewing this last visit, but here it is. I called Fridays on a Friday night about 3 weeks ago to order some dinner for me and my boyfriend. Someone picked up relatively quick, so that was good, but almost immediately placed me on hold as soon as I said I wanted to place a pickup order. At first I was like fine, it's Friday people are out and they're probably busy. I waited about 10-15 min and she never came back to take my order. So I hang up and ask my bf to call, he does, and the exact same thing happens. We called back and forth trying to order ,but being placed on hold for about 40-45 minutes. I eventually got pissed and just went to the restaurant to order. I walked in and waited to be served/greeted by the host, it never happened. So I just placed my order at the bar with the bartender. He was helpful, but we were overcharged because he didn't really know how to place what we ordered in correctly, but nothing against him because he makes drinks not take orders! I tipped him based off his individual service and how desperate and hungry we were to just order some food. Moral of the story, the girl who answers the phone/takes to-go orders is rude as hell and Fridays seems to be self sabotaging it's own brand.

Worst lunch I've ever had. I ordered the sirloin and fried shrimp with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Definitely frozen shrimp BUT they were over fried. Horrible! I ordered the sirloin medium and it was WELL DONE. Like chewing leather. Horrible. Broccoli was ok and I didn't try the mashed potatoes because they are not on my DIET. Was told it came with broccoli only. Would've swapped them for a side that I COULD eat. Now I know why their reviews are 2 stars out of 5

It was a busy night, Valentine's Day. My mother and I decided to treat ourselves. Got seated pretty quickly. Our waitress, Dedra, was very sweet and attentive. Our entrees had some delay coming out but she kept coming to us making sure we were okay. The manager was excellent in handling everything with great customer service which I wish I knew her name so I will call her Boss Lady lol.. We will be back.

First time experience at this restaurant. Service was good, food was ok but not great. The whiskey glazed ribs were excellent! However, the wings, whole good, were a bit lacking in the seasoning department. True enough they were glazed, but a little added seasoning would go a looong way. All in all, a nice experience tho, and I would totally revisit

Thank you to Todd for catering the event last night at Cockeyed Charlie's! The food was great and the music was amazing! Rise the Phoenix and Love the Hate put on amazing performances and TGI Friday's hosted with an amazing spread!

When we got to the restaurant the hostess was no where to be found I had to ask one of the waiters if we can sit they had to look for the hostess. Our server was nice but everytime we asked for stuff she would forget at one point we asked for an alcoholic beverage but she forgot. This not the first time we experienced a vist like this I hope they improve the food was good just need to work on service!

This trip this day was a total mess and I probably would not complain had we not called ahead to say we where coming with about 30 people to hangout in their bar area. The bartender was overwhelmed with the activity for this Anygiven Sunday. The bartender told us the sound system was broke so we watched most of the game with no commentary. My favorite drink (the reason I wanted to go there) has a flame which she made and served without the flame. When I asked where my flame was her response was I quit smoking so I don't carry a lighter. Agh excuse me TGIF sales a flaming drink Mr. Manager you better run across the street and buy a lighter. So I only order 1 of those. The big kicker was the evening bartender came in 4th quarter of the game and turned the sound on Girl learn yo job and place an order for some lighters!

My fraternity had a fundraiser event here and the Manager Todd Phillips made our experience great. This restaurant and food is amazing. Thanks for a great time.

So as nice as everyone was, I still waited 20 minutes past time for my food (which I ordered online for pickup); they were out of jugs for the half-gallon sweet tea I ordered and actually said it could be poured in 5 separate cups as an alternative option; get back to hotel and the shrimp was missing from one meal, and no ketchup as requested for the fries. The food we did get was very good, and for that I'm thankful. But wow! I hope that my experience isn't something that happens often.

If I could give zero stars, this would be it. If you have read my other reviews I have given 5 one-star reviews in more than 100 reviews and some of those were not restaurants. I try hard to find good things to put into my reviews. I'm finding it hard for this at all. The parking lot is nice, and is easily accessible from Airport Blvd. We should have known from its emptiness at 1:30 that we were in for something less than good. We thought we had hit a lull in the crowd. Wishful thinking. We were greeted immediately, but it took a moment for the hostess to figure out where to sit us though there were maybe a dozen diners in the restaurant. We were finally sat at a booth in the bar. The first waitress was Johnny-on-the-spot and took our drink order. However within a minute a second waitress took over claiming the first time was in training and couldn't serve our table. Ok. Ordered the spinach dip without Parmesan bread crumbs topping, and the Friday Whiskey Glazed sliders. 10 minutes later we ordered our entree's - two of us ordering the 6oz Whiskey Glazed Sirloin with double mashed potatoes. My wife ordered boneless wings with Whiskey glaze and a side of ranch dressing. The waitress said she had worked until 3:00 AM before having to come back in. Looked like it too. 35 minutes later we asked the passing hostess, who was on her phone, if she could check on the appetizers. She made a show to check on them and said "they are coming." 10 minutes later we got the appetizers with no Whiskey glaze on the sliders. The dish was so haphazardly thrown together it was ridiculous. And, they were cold. Wait 10 minutes to ask the same hostess to check on the whiskey sauce. She passed back by not wanting to look at us. My wife asked her if there was an issue in the kitchen. The hostess refused to look at us and basically said she didn't care. Original waitress shows back up and we ask for whiskey sauce again. Took another 5 minutes to get it. Finally got our food. Wouldn't you know it? No whiskey sauce and they forgot the ranch dressing for the wings. The steak was seriously nearly non-existent. I mean, look at the photo. It was smaller than my forefinger. No one stopped by to check on us. So, I went and found the manager to get the sauces for our steaks and to complain about the service. Found him in the kitchen gossiping with wait staff who were all on their phones. The manager finally brought the sauces, offered 10% off the meal and made a bad joke about my daughter's makeup. I was less than impressed. I didn't care about a discount, wasn't looking for one. The steak was tough. My daughter's was undercooked. The potatoes were tasty but they used to be served with a parsley or chives garnish. Not anymore. I never got a refill on my water. No way we were going to order dessert. We used to love to get the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake. I wasn't even going to risk it. We used to love TGI Friday. We won't return to any of their restaurants. It's a shame, really. This restaurant used to be so good.

The service today was the worst service we have received in the time we have eaten here. She was slow, did not check on us during the meal at all. The waitress had her kids in the restaurant because of circumstances beyond her control but they still distracted her from the job. One good point the food was good and it was hot.

Let me start off by saying that our waitress, albeit distracted, was great and she in no way had any part of my bad review... I’ll follow up by saying that I wish I could give zero stars. First of all, we walked in the door and ordered drinks almost right after we sat down, we never got our drinks because the bartender was ‘backed up’ - mind you, it’s dead in here on a Sunday at 3 in the afternoon. We actually ended up canceling our drink orders when the waitress finally came (after our entrees were brought out) to tell us that the bartender was backed up and hadn’t even looked at our ticket yet so she had no idea how much longer it would be. We actually came for the endless apps - which apparently doesn’t include the potato skins - probably my bad for not noticing but still... it came time for us to order our meals, since I had been craving steak I ordered the sirloin meal with fries instead of potatoes. I specifically told the waitress to make sure my steak was well done with ZERO pink because if it wasn’t right I would send it back because I don’t like any pink in my steak. My boyfriend ordered wings and an extra side of fries. The meal comes out and looks great, so we get to digging in and my steak is a slab of fat (I’m not even exaggerating) and is not only very pink but had BLOOD seeping out of it when I cut into it! The fries taste like they were made in very old and very used grease, both me and my boyfriend only ate one or two - and we paid extra for him to get his! On top of it all, when we realized we couldn’t get our alcoholic drinks, I ordered a sweet tea, my sweet tea was sour like it was brewed the day prior. I have literally never in my life had a worse experience, let alone at TGI Friday’s which is a place I love very much!!! $40 on a meal that I didn’t even get to eat and my boyfriend only got to have a portion of! I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning!
