This was my deceased mother favorite restaurant to go to on her Birthday and we decided to share the moment of eating here. My Son and I ordered online at 8pm on Dec 27, 2024, I had a tilapia and okra dinner plate, my Son had crabclaws. My fish and okra was full of grease as if it was refried and my okra had fries mixed in with it, as I'm allergic to potatoes so I didn't eat any of that plate. I called the next day and was very disappointed with the manager (Rena) on how she handled this matter with. Worst $39.95 I ever spent. It’s been years since I’ve been to the Boiling Pot and I’m so glad we decided to visit on Tuesday. The food was EXCELLENT. Everything we ordered we enjoyed. We had a steamed platter, popcorn shrimp platter, shrimp and catfish platter and the crawfish bread. Everything was perfect, even the sides. The crawfish bread was insanely good. The prices were also quite reasonable. The shrimp was big, even the popcorn shrimp. I will definitely be back.

I was giving some very soggy red potatoes which ruined my whole lunch because I couldn’t enjoy them with my meal that cost me $20 dollars never again will I eat there. Serving food that you wouldn’t eat is unacceptable

The staff is very rude. No TV’S were on to watch any football games. The fried catfish platter with shrimp was nasty. Went and talked to the lady at the counter and she told me they would not grill me a piece of fish due to my order was fried. I will never come back here and eat. The place has no customers and I know why everyone here is rude.
This was the best seafood I've had in many years! The Cajon shrimp was on point but my beautiful wife's crab clusters legs were AMAZING! I can't wait to come back in crawfish season and try them here!! The whole experience was very refreshing and the food was AMAZING!
