As a sailor that’s been all over, this is possibly one of the best speakeasy types of places I’ve been to. The food is amazing. The drinks are awesome. And the people working there are getting the job done also while treating all its customers great. If you’re searching for a speakeasy experience this is the place to go.

Our team at work went to The Haberdasher for drinks and some food. I had never been to The Haberdasher but I’ve heard it was good. Since I’m not much drinker I was there solely for the food. Our team a bunch of appetizers and I tried to try them all. There also was first thing that I tried was the French fries. I enjoyed them. They came with a mayo sauce. Not a big mayo on fries fan but it worked. I then tried the Brussels sprouts. Not sure what they were seasoned with but they tasted pretty good. Next was the chicken tenders. I dipped them in what seemed like a chili sauce. It had a lot of spice but it tasted good. The mahi mahi slider was next. It was my favorite appetizer. It was cooked to perfection and the sauce on the slider was very tasty. After that was the fish part of the fish and chips. I think the fish was cod. I was impressed by it. It wasn’t better than the mahi mahi but it was good. The last thing I tried were the avocado fries. I really like them. To be honest if I wasn’t full from the other food I would’ve eaten more of the avocado fries.

Absolutely the Best Bar in Downtown Mobile! We recently hosted a party here, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The service was top-notch, and communication with the management team was seamless and professional. The atmosphere is always vibrant and welcoming, and we consistently receive excellent service and enjoy fantastic drinks & food every time we visit. We rented the upstairs space for a private event, and Stephanie and Alex went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Highly recommend for a night out or your next special occasion!

Should have been better informed about the restaurant. Walking up to a counter to order then going back to pick up my food is not what I expect for casual dining. Paying for my meal at one counter and my drinks at another is not what I expected. Had the food been outstanding, I may have been more forgiving. My son loves the place. I dont.
A steady stream of cars with audio levels set for stadiums was an unwelcome intrusion. Call me a grumpy old man and you'll be pretty accurate.
Calibrate your expectations and you may love it. Not my vibe.
