We purchased a ham for pickup and payed for it.. got to the store and they sold our ham… or their website is misinformation and wrong charging for hams they don’t have. Instead they told us we had to pay more for what they have when we got there to pick it up. Any good company would have seen their mistake and given us the ham they had for the price we already payed for. What is the entire point in doing pickup?? For a day early to receive a 7$ discount just for it not to matter at all ..

They do not have anymore family tradition... walked in 3 days in a row where they didn't have something in stock and had like 12 employees laughing and talking. Nobody offered any help, and then the lady had the audacity to tell me to come back after seeing me walk out empty handed for a 3rd day in a row. Not going to be coming here anymore, you're just another chain company maximizing profit. You lost your touch with customers, not the only place that sells Ham and Turkey.

The two employees that helped me yesterday were Kyle and his trainer. She was outstanding helping me plan a large family meal to help a friend that just lost a family member. Her recommendations were perfect and Kyle talked about how blessed he is to have her training him.
