They do not have anymore family tradition... walked in 3 days in a row where they didn't have something in stock and had like 12 employees laughing and talking. Nobody offered any help, and then the lady had the audacity to tell me to come back after seeing me walk out empty handed for a 3rd day in a row. Not going to be coming here anymore, you're just another chain company maximizing profit. You lost your touch with customers, not the only place that sells Ham and Turkey.

We've purchased a HoneyBaked Ham every year for the past 5 years for Thanksgiving and Christmas. we can never go wrong with it.
The two employees that helped me yesterday were Kyle and his trainer. She was outstanding helping me plan a large family meal to help a friend that just lost a family member. Her recommendations were perfect and Kyle talked about how blessed he is to have her training him.

Got a pound of sliced ham today. There is zero honey flavoring. Tasted like regular hand that I could’ve bought from the supermarket. Really disappointed considering I buy this ham all the time. Won’t buy it now.
Was told by phone I could switch out sides as I picked up, but not beforehand by talking to them. Wasn't allowed. Sides are very skimpy. Order 2 or more. The dressing was awful. Mostly croutons (?), and no taste at all. None was as good as in the past.Wasn't allowed to use gift card.

Honey baked of Mobile Alabama wife picked up our food we ordered ham turkey and 4 sides only 3 sides were in bag when she got home, called manager and ask for refund for the missing side said he would call me Monday so I guess I'm playing the waiting game hopefully they make it right

First time getting food here. We got it for the holidays. The turkey was OFF THE CHAIN. The rest was pretty good. Only thing id change is the sides portion sizes. Id say they should be a bit bigger for the price paid.

They got my order wrong the night before and I called back, but they had closed. I had gone back today and the manager made it right for me, free of charge. I actually enjoyed the half of sandwich that I was able to eat today.

Have they heard of that new invention called PLASTIC WRAP!??Same thing if you just want a pound of ham!
