The service here is excellent. The atmosphere is so calm and warm, the lighting makes the place look peaceful and fancy. Our server, who I believe is also the manager, was extra friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortable. It's closer to a real café experience, not like the American coffee chains like Dunkin and Starbucks. I recommend it!

This is a very cozy place and the cofee and service is amazing. Starbucks is across the street but I would rather go into the mall with my friends or by myself to experience the ambience of the beautiful atmosphere and great service. The cofee is remarkable as well and I will go again and again and again.

DEAD BUGS IN COFFEE AND EXPIRED INGREDIENTS This is the last time I will ever come to this location. the service is horrible there’s always someone different working it is never the same people. there is always a issue when i order from here but today was my last straw. i always do a doordash pickup for convenience but that’s always a nightmare bc after waiting past the pickup time my order is never ready in time and i have to wait additional minutes even when there is plenty of staff and no customers. a pick up order is meant to be convenient not a waste of my time. when i went to pickup my order today everything seemed fine until i left and started drinking my frappe. there was almost and old or sour taste to it i couldn’t tell if it was the milk being sour or the espresso. so i took it back and watch the barista remake it. what i quickly noticed is she did NOT make a fresh espresso shot instead she used a premade coffee mixture that could’ve been sitting out for god knows how long. i asked for a milk substitute instead this time which was oat milk, so i could clearly decipher on my now remade drink that the milk was not the problem but she used OLD COFFEE and i was just going to go into doordash and request my refund but then i noticed at the bottom of my frappe there was a DEAD KNAT if that doesn’t tell you there is a problem and incompetence with the service and staff i don’t know what does. why would she think it was ok to give me premade coffee everything should ALWAYS be fresh. This place isn’t going to last much longer not only bc of the horrible service but because of the incompetence in the staff and the health code violations they commit

Great place for coffee and desserts and bakery items. Great place for meeting friends too! They are quick to make your order and everything tastes delicious!!

Gabby and Kai are both WONDERFUL! They helped my mom and I pick what to order and everything was delicious!! We recommend for everyone to come here and see them!!!

The service was lovely and super friendly and you can see the passion for their work in it, and the drinks are incredible! I got the strawberry and cream frappe and it's so refreshing and good! 10/10 definitely stop in! It's lovely!

Tried the new location in St. Martin on Washington Ave! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Great variety of flavors! They offer both coffee and tea. Good vibes and good drinks.

There was really great music playing. The whole entire staff was great especially Bri with the glasses!!! My girlfriend and I loved her red bull editions.

This is a cool coffee shop inside a mall. was looking for a local coffee shop and the search engine led me here. I wasn't expecting to go inside a mall but it was an adventure and a pretty cool mall. The coffee was good and the space seems pretty cool. The service was, fast, efficient and polite. Overall it is a nice spot with some decent ambiance to enjoy some coffee.
