I placed an order online in St. Cloud, Florida, and somehow the mobile app redirected my order to this mobile Alabama location. I was able to call and speak to an associate who gave me the general manager’s telephone number. I believe the associates name was Charles who was very helpful. Upon leaving a voicemail with the GM she quickly responded by texting me back and letting me know they would refund my money as I arrived at my store here at my location where I live at and they did not have an order I wanted to give them kudos. Because everything works same, it was pretty fast. I ordered $75 worth of food and did not want to lose that money as you can imagine because I had to re-order the food. The GM was very helpful and said immediately that she would refund the money thank you guys and I haven’t been to Mobile in a while but when I do, I will definitely stop at your location.
Their coffee drinks are made with care and consistency.

Recently visited the restaurant. Ordered the chips and salsa. The chips were homemade and fresh. I thought they had a weird taste and was only able to eat a few. Didn't try the salsa after that. Lemonade also had a weird taste to me. Threw it all out.
However, my spouse ordered the steak tacos and loved them. He also enjoyed the same chips that I thought were off along with queso dip.
Service was incredible. The team members were so friendly and helpful. They were the best part of the visit. The interior was really cute.
