I placed an order online in St. Cloud, Florida, and somehow the mobile app redirected my order to this mobile Alabama location. I was able to call and speak to an associate who gave me the general manager’s telephone number. I believe the associates name was Charles who was very helpful. Upon leaving a voicemail with the GM she quickly responded by texting me back and letting me know they would refund my money as I arrived at my store here at my location where I live at and they did not have an order I wanted to give them kudos. Because everything works same, it was pretty fast. I ordered $75 worth of food and did not want to lose that money as you can imagine because I had to re-order the food. The GM was very helpful and said immediately that she would refund the money thank you guys and I haven’t been to Mobile in a while but when I do, I will definitely stop at your location.

Recently visited the restaurant. Ordered the chips and salsa. The chips were homemade and fresh. I thought they had a weird taste and was only able to eat a few. Didn't try the salsa after that. Lemonade also had a weird taste to me. Threw it all out.
However, my spouse ordered the steak tacos and loved them. He also enjoyed the same chips that I thought were off along with queso dip.
Service was incredible. The team members were so friendly and helpful. They were the best part of the visit. The interior was really cute.

The owner made a rude comment about my son's service dog being with us. She blamed it on a 'customer outside' calling to complain. The dog is completely trained, wears a harness that clearly states she is a medical service dog and was standing calmly next to us in line when we were approached. It made my son very uncomfortable so my husband took the dog outside. We do not want to make others uncomfortable by having her with us but the law is clear about her being allowed in public with my son. We were very disappointed by the treatment.

I’m sitting inside the restaurant leaving this review. Authentic flavors, amazing customer service, and a very friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. I was greeted by the owner and he took my order. Had very friendly conversation and walked me through the different sauce options. This is better than moes or chipotle in my opinion. These are awesome people who deserve the support of community. I’ve found my new favorite Tex-Mex spot for sure.

I ordered and paid for a burrito that I didn’t receive not receive with my order. The manager said she doesn’t get paid for uber eats orders which is ridiculously false! I’m not stupid! She kept hanging up on me instead of answering my question which was can I get what I paid for and didn’t receive another night? She just kept repeating that they don’t get money for uber eats and literally said they send free food out the door to uber eats. That’s insane! And not true! Need to add poor management to the list as well!

If you’re thinking about coming here, DO IT. This is one my favorite Tex-Mex places. The tacos and beefy queso are *chef’s kiss* and everything is so, so fresh. Some other personal favs are the watermelon lemonade and the absolute drool worthy cookie dough flautas. The cherry on top is the exceptional customer service. The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met, he literally helped us carry our to-go boxes to our car. They have a serious passion for their food and restaurant and make you feel like you’re eating with family. Definitely a 10/10 - would recommend.

We have been to the Sarasota and Ft. Walton locations and were excited to see one in Mobile as we passed through on our way home from vacation. Food and service were excellent, consistent with the other locations. Consider yourself lucky if you live in or around Mobile.
