What happened between Saturday morning and Saturday night? I visited mobile top golf Saturday morning for the 1st time with my son and grandkids. Love it ,bay was stocked with everything needed to play, eat and drink. With wonderful hostess and fast service. Love it so much, made another reservation to bring some friends to play and watch game. Now morning was 37 per hr and evening 60/hr. Evening was horrible!! Bay not cleaned, no plates or silverware. Game was not offered in bay, but was playing in main bar in lobby?? (Per server) and begin play in bay 30 mins later. Give drink order after arriving in bay received 35min later with very sorry we only have one bar tender for all the 2nd level. Food good but slow also never given plates or utensils. My takeaway never go on Saturdays or Friday nights or anytime popular. As the staffing is insufficient and unable to handle the customers expectations of a top golf facility.

Had a WONDERFUL experience until we were moved down stairs and assigned a waitress named Catrina. We were sat for an hour game and didn’t check on us until 10 minutes before we left and I had already spoken to a manager. Hope to never have her assigned to us ever again. She ruined our otherwise wonderful experience. Our $40 tip went to the waiter who took care of us upstairs. His name was Cody and he went above and beyond for us!!

We was at 225/226 we had 2 birthday parties….and our server TT was the Best and most outstanding person ever she diffently needs a raise and be recognized for outstanding customer service she made it so much fun and when we come back we wld love to have her again diffently a 10 star for her but deserves so many more

Had a beautiful afternoon here with the wife. Did however have some rowdy neighbors who kept coming in & out of our bay. Our server noticed & made sure to take care of us. Miss TT was an absolute amazing server. She was very attentive & definitely carried herself with pride in what she does. Definitely recommend stopping by for a fun time
This was my very first time actually playing anything golf-related, and I can confidently say that Topgolf Mobile made it a blast from start to finish. I’ve been a spectator at traditional golf courses like Glen Lakes before — and honestly, it wasn’t my thing. But this? Totally different. Fun, interactive, and beginner-friendly all the way through.
The game selection was awesome — from Angry Birds to Fantastic Four to target challenges — I stayed fully entertained and engaged. Even as a first-timer, I never felt out of place.
The staff were incredible. The two employees at the front counter were friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions that made our visit even better. Our server at the pod was on point — super kind, quick, and made sure we had everything we needed.
We also ordered the mac n’ cheese bites and pretzel bites, and mhmmm — so good. Definitely exceeded typical “bar food” expectations. Flavorful, hot, and satisfying.
All in all, it was a fun, welcoming, and delicious experience. You’ve officially made me a Topgolf fan, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Our reservation was for 6:00 PM, but due to inclement weather, we arrived at 6:30. Despite still having plenty of time left in our allotted reservation, we were rushed out before we could finish our meals.
To make matters worse, the waiter provided very poor customer service—there were no utensils on the table when we sat down, and we felt completely ignored throughout the evening. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience, and we left feeling unwelcome and unsatisfied.
We came expecting a good time and a quality family experience, but instead left feeling rushed, disappointed, and disrespected. It wasn’t the delay or the cost that ruined the night — it was the lack of basic hospitality.

Everything was okay until the end. We were not able to find the server we originally checked in with so we could pay. 2 other servers had to try and find her. After 20 minutes, she did bring the ticket back with a nasty attitude. Tried to pay but she wallked away. Finally, a supervisor came so we could pay and leave. She turned a good experience into a horrible one. Stall 221
