Went to Mobile yesterday, saw top golf and decided to stop in! My first time here was awesome! The food was good, our server Tangi was so friendly and great, and we really enjoyed ourselves! The wait time was about an hour, but we expected that. We’ll definitely be back to this location!

We had our Son’s birthday and it was a blast. All our guests enjoyed it and the crew was amazing. From event manager to the staff that waited our tables/bays were so accommodating. They even helped us to extend our party for another hour. Food was great and we always liked the ambience there. We had the private area at the top floor and having that area just for ourselves made it more personal. Our son was so excited to see his name so big and bright with a happy birthday sign. A perfect party place for all ages. We highly recommend Topgolf for any type of event/parties.

This evening we went to this Top Golf location as party of 5 adult men. We were there to celebrate my son's Bachelor Party. Three of the five had never been to a Top Golf before (including me) and therefore did not know what to expect. For the most part we had a great time and I would have rated a lot higher BUT it was all ruined within the last 2 minutes of our time there. Our server was Cody and he did a great job. My complaint is against one of the managers. I saw his name but do not remember it. We played two games and we knew we were going to be close on time. As it turns out, I was the last golfer about to hit my last ball and the manager came by, one minute beyond our time and made a passing comment saying"out of time", then swiped his badge and closed out our game and kept walking!! As I stated this was the last ball and he didn't even take the time to ask how many more balls we had or anything. ZERO Customer Service. I surely hope you don't treat all your customers this way. I felt that he was borderline rude in his decision to cut us off with no communications!! With this business plan, I don't see why a lot of other customers are not complaining so I am guessing that it was just this guy. And if it is only one guy, then maybe you all don't need him if he lacks customer support and friendliness! Hope you help him move to a different occupation!

Not a golfer, this was my first experience. I am impressed by our server, she was quick as heck! She was also pleasant and gave me some pointers on how to stand to hit the golf ball. Food and drinks are pricey so I will not be going every week but maybe every other month.

I enjoyed everything about the experience. I upgraded the golf clubs, but I am unsure if it was really worth the upgrade. The boneless wings were great with bbq and ranch. I tried the Buffalo it was pretty spicy and not something I would want many with. The long island was a little off tasting, and I hate Pepsi products, so that was the only downsides.
Loved it! The food is another story. Check it out if you want to have fun.Service was great. I didn't have the best fries because they looked soaked with oil and not fresh, so I left them.Tender's were ok, but the bar b que sauce tasted like Jack Daniel's was extra in it.??? It's still a good time!
