TraePay’s Cafe

Great atmosphere, kid friendly food and snacks, plus great customer service. I live in Birmingham so I called TraePay’s 2 days prior to get an idea of the seating. Although the space did not accommodate my entire group inside their exceptional customer service offered a great alternative which was a great experience to my family. For something that was just a fun place to stop by, they made it the highlight of the day. And for that every time I travel to Mobile from Birmingham I will be back. I am now a loyal customer. Thank you TraePay’s!!!

Christian and I went to see our favorite snack lady today! We’ve missed you so much, I’m glad we had time to stop by today! Go see her y’all!! The shop is beautiful & yes, the snowballs still taste the same! Consistency isn’t something you can find everywhere, but TraePay’s definitely has it & more!! 🍨 🍦 🍬 🍭

The BEST loaded fry I've ever had. This is better than fair food!! And their kool-aid is sooo good! 10/10 yall gotta try this!

This was my first time trying Traepay's and believe me when I wish there was one in Colorado ?. My husband and I are visiting family and happy to be in the south because we can't get delicious food like this out there. I am coming back for the sno cones cuz damn!
Me, my husband, and our friend ate the hell out of the loaded fries and fried cheesecake bites.

OMG I've had loaded fries and loaded nachos before but not like TraePays fries and nachos. If you're ever in Mobile Alabama go to the mall and check them out! I have been rockin with Traepay since the food truck days and it never disappoints! The food is always amazing and the treats always hit the spot! If you have not been yet your are missing out on great food, sweet treats, and a wonderful staff that treats you like family. Yes the food is as good as the pictures make it look!

My very first time trying them and I’m in LOVE!!! it reminds me of home!! I’ve never found a snowball place that came close to home but this place is IT!! My son and I enjoyed our first visit of many to come❤️

Went for the first time today after always wanting to try it, we were waiting on a pick up and decided to go get a snowball. We got the simple one flavor ones. The girl that took our order was the sweetest. However the wait was pretty long. I wouldn’t leave a negative review about that but something you maybe need to work on. It did take over 25m on a Tuesday around 1140 ish totally get the girl was training but I had to get back to work and we ended up not getting it til after 12. They were very good and like I said this is nothing negative just a recommendation on time management! We will be back and hope to get a meal this next time

To the lady from New Orleans, who suggested that I get the strawberry cheesecake bites THANK YOU! They were delicious! 10/10. I also have a loaded fries which did not disappoint… just the right amount of spice.

EXCELLENT FOOD & EXCELLENT SERVICE - Enjoyed my experience here on a weekday afternoon. There was no line and my order was taken right away. I was greeted warmly and the cashier made recommendations and helped me decide what to get. I ordered the small loaded nachos and hulk juice -- both were amazingggg! The small size was a generous portion and very filling for one person. It was the perfect mid-day snack. I also happened to meet the co-owner and was inspired to hear her story about how she stepped out on faith to start this business. I pray they will be incredibly successful. Go visit TraePay's Cafe today!

I have been coming to TraePays since they got in the mall. The customer service is top tier . Amazing junk food and snowballs any time of the year! We immediately became family because I was a regular ! No matter how long I go without stopping by when I do it’s always love .

Kid-friendliness: TraePays love the kids ! They had popcorn they would offer us lately I noticed they have a candy bowl with little suckers etc the kids can grab a treat from while we wait on food !

LOADED FRIES is the way to go! ✨ very friendly works and we sat in the mall and watched multiple customers get the snow cones and they all looked identical to their pictures! We we definitely will be returning GAINED a customer for life ??
