Shift lead did an excellent job over the weekend. Managers were not available. Another store had sanitory issues from a male employee making drinks. Drinks were re-made here, done correctly and clean up to 100% food standards. Great customer service. Excellent drink preparation. Taste great!

Green Island Smoothie So so good
The Service was fast , and the food was hot.
I ordered the Chipotle Club it was so good, hot and fresh.
My side was the sweet potatoes so good healthy and yummy
I do wish they would come down on their prices. They would sale more if it was at least $ 10 or under for that meal.

usually love this place. Went to the drive-through and ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread, and to my surprise, there was a hair in it, I’m gagged and disappointed

I'm only leaving a review because I've tried calling the store multiple times and cannot get an answer. I just ordered two of the Chia Oatmeal Puddings, and the pudding at the bottom of the bowls was spoiled. I've ordered the same thing from here several times and have never experienced this. Couldn't finish eating them because it was so thick and sour so unfortunately, they had to go in the trash.

The service here was great but the Blimey Limey I ordered wasn't filled completely and it lacked the normal flavoring. It was still good just not the same as other Blimey Limey's from different locations. Also, the ingredients behind the bar looked well maintained. I wish I could place exactly what was off about this smoothie but something wasn't right. Unfortunately, I tipped with faith ahead of time and was disappointed.

Ryan was THE BEST!!! He made sure that my smoothie was made as perfectly as I wanted and it tasted so so good at the very end. He welcomed me with a huge smile and a great attitude and it absolutely made my day and my smoothie, haha! Amazing job hands down. Give that little redhead a freaking raise!!!! ??

My Bahama Mama smoothie wasn’t smooth? I actually had to blend it myself. It also didn’t taste like it normally does, and I order it often. I ordered it delivery this time, but I feel it’s safe to assume the same crew that’s working tonight is the one that was working the other night. The last time I ordered here, I had placed an in store pickup order through the app. I tried to go inside, but the door was locked. I tried getting someone’s attention by knocking and holding my phone with the order confirmation up to the door. The girls inside tried to ignore me, but when the one sitting finally looked, she got very rude and animated. I couldn’t hear what she was saying, but I don’t think she was answering my questions. The girl behind the counter then actually brought my order to the door and unlocked it to hand it to me outside. She said nothing. I said thank you, and then something not very nice, and left.

I go here a couple times a week… they make THE BEST damn SMOOTHIE’S around!! Hands down ??
