Ryan was THE BEST!!! He made sure that my smoothie was made as perfectly as I wanted and it tasted so so good at the very end. He welcomed me with a huge smile and a great attitude and it absolutely made my day and my smoothie, haha! Amazing job hands down. Give that little redhead a freaking raise!!!! ??

My Bahama Mama smoothie wasn’t smooth? I actually had to blend it myself. It also didn’t taste like it normally does, and I order it often. I ordered it delivery this time, but I feel it’s safe to assume the same crew that’s working tonight is the one that was working the other night. The last time I ordered here, I had placed an in store pickup order through the app. I tried to go inside, but the door was locked. I tried getting someone’s attention by knocking and holding my phone with the order confirmation up to the door. The girls inside tried to ignore me, but when the one sitting finally looked, she got very rude and animated. I couldn’t hear what she was saying, but I don’t think she was answering my questions. The girl behind the counter then actually brought my order to the door and unlocked it to hand it to me outside. She said nothing. I said thank you, and then something not very nice, and left.

This place has a wonderful variety of smoothies! It is located on a fairly busy road but still easy to get in and out of. The employees are friendly and helpful. The cafe has plenty of indoor seating and is very clean. They offer drive-thru as well. The size portions are great and the prices are very reasonable. I was impressed and will be back.

So this morning I visited this Tropical Smoothie, I was under the impression that when you order in the app when the button (IM ON THE WAY) lights up at the bottom and you press it then they will start to prepare your order, apparently that’s incorrect. Me and my husband received 2 extremely watery smoothies(gross), the staff refused to remake the drinks because she said they had been ordered 30min prior, very disappointing before going into a 12 hour shift, I still don’t understand what the issue is, needless to say I won’t be visiting this tropical again because I actually go out of my way to come here because if the speed of service I receive each time, but I was really pressed for time the reason I ordered on the app today.

Shouldn’t have kids working at night. We stopped right before closing and sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes before closing. We waited and no answers to our calls. Finally decided to sit behind the last car at the window. We were told they were closed which was obvious! Told us the headset had been removed at closing time, but we’d come 10-15 before the 9:00 pm closing. Didn’t offer an apology and didn’t seem to care. Don’t feel like coming back either if that’s the way this business is run.

This is a good place to get nice smoothie drinks. I like getting a smoothie here after getting a haircut at place next door. They have lots of food items on menu but I have only gotten smoothies. The staff seems nice and price is reasonable

I don't have much to say about this place as I really only go here for smoothies and have only tried two options (Pomagranete plunge, sub strawberries with cherries or their peanut butter smoothie) but so far my experiences have all been pleasant.I have a strawberry allergy and they're more than happy to make my smoothie in their allergy safe blenders that they clean thoroughly between each use.Their smoothies are also cheaper and a lot tastier in my opinion versus places like Smoothie king that don't have a lot of flavour and can cost 10$ or more.So, I'd say they're more than worth stopping by!
I adore the manager of this location!!! I use to hate coming here now I can’t wait to see him because he’s such a vibe!! I’m a customer and also do several deliveries and always look forward to being able to pick up from this location, a lot of restaurants treat drivers badly he is a breath of fresh air!

Went in to get a smoothie, seen the girls struggling with the manager standing there thinking he was going to help them and no he leaves them struggling to go outside and get something then disappear in the back, customers are always priority there's no excuse to walk away when your people are struggling. Looks like my last time trying to get give this place a last chance I'll be taking my business to smoothie king from now on.
