I never leave reviews but I felt this was one is well deserved. The nicest guy ever checked me out and was so polite as well as professional I believe his name was Drew? I dont go to this location often because its always a hit or miss but I will definitely be returning very soon. Thanks Drew for the wonderful service!

Let me start by saying I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. But this particular location is the worst. I don’t know if it’s just poorly managed or what. But there have been multiple times when there was not a line and i waited over 20 min for a smoothie and a wrap. There is just no reason for them to be sooooo slow. And today they were out of wraps, spinach, and kale. So they weren’t able to make a single thing I drove there and ordered. I keep saying I’m done going back. This time I really am done. Someone with TSC Management please go get the train back on the tracks over in Legacy Village. It’s a hot mess over there!

I came through the drive through at approximately 12:30 pm I was the only customer. I ordered the Island green smoothie, paid for it and drove off I was over half way back to the office before I put my straw kn the smoothie and took a drink. It was awful it had a bitter taste and was really spicy in my mouth. I couldn't imagine what was causing that so.i looked up.the ingredients gor the island green and saw that it had ginger in it. If you know ginger a little goes a long way. This drink tasted like they must have used a whole ginger root in it. It was very strong and undeniable. I have to throw it away. So I wased over $8 was not happy. I tried to call the store sdveral.times and all I kept getting was a voice mail. I was trying to speak to someone who might still remember who I was. Over all was very unsatisfied and upset I wasted my money. I've had great experiences in the past but this visit was a bomb....

The drive through attendant was extremely annoyed at my order. He kept asking if that was it after every item and then cursed about how much I ordered for 3 people. I guess he would prefer them to sell less food so he won’t have to do his job.

My co-workers and I have TS for lunch occasionally so this wasn't my first trip to this location. We order online or through the app and it's usually ready when I get there. Sometimes it's the correct order and sometimes they haven't run out of watermelon or chips or jalapeno corn or etc. Today, the parking lot was FULL so I imagined they might be busy inside and they were. 10 people, including me, were all waiting to order or pick up. The drive through was slammed, too. There were at least four employees running around with their hair on fire trying to get orders out, one customer's order was messed up and they were trying to patiently get it fixed, there were smoothies stacked up at the drive-through waiting to be picked up, the register was out of paper so tickets weren't printing. It was a mAdHoUsE. But those ladies were working their tails off and trying to stay calm and get it done. I've had some small gripes about this location in the past but today, as messy as it was, they were doing their best. Good job, ladies.

Worst drive thru in Mobile. They need to hire more people or something. Be prepared to sit for at least 30 minutes.

I had an offer for the free smoothie day with food purchase. It was around 7 p.m. I was in the drive thru. The young man stated that they didn’t have anymore chicken. It was raining and I didn’t want to drive far to another location when I stay right by this one. Well, one of my friends went this morning and now they have chicken. We feel as if we were told a lie. Now, the offer is not in our rewards in the app. We are really upset and looking into hearing from someone.
Love there smoothies
We were going passing through and read the reviews and was concerned but gave it a try. There were 3 cars in drive thru and 2 people inside. We were helped right way, ordered wrap and couple of smoothies with everything ready within 10 min of entering! Everything was great!
Aaron (Du Rhu Drive) is AWESOME!!! Everyone I've came in contact with is friendly. Very convenient on my way to work to grab breakfast and lunch.
