I had an offer for the free smoothie day with food purchase. It was around 7 p.m. I was in the drive thru. The young man stated that they didn’t have anymore chicken. It was raining and I didn’t want to drive far to another location when I stay right by this one. Well, one of my friends went this morning and now they have chicken. We feel as if we were told a lie. Now, the offer is not in our rewards in the app. We are really upset and looking into hearing from someone.

We were going passing through and read the reviews and was concerned but gave it a try. There were 3 cars in drive thru and 2 people inside. We were helped right way, ordered wrap and couple of smoothies with everything ready within 10 min of entering! Everything was great!

Wow, seriously 20-25 min wait with only 3 people in line. 4 in the afternoon. Two days in a row. I don’t know what’s going on or if it’s always this bad. I’ve seen 2 people leave

Bahama Mama is always my go-to drink. Always delicious. The bacon all american wrap tasted weird. I'm not sure if the wrap was fresh, but I wouldn't try it again, nor would I recommend

I never forgot how I was treated a couple of years ago at this place. I went in to order after a workout and the workers just started at me and didn't take my order at all, and the young woman that came in behind me, they smiled at her and took her order. I left and never returned. Every time I even see a commercial, it burns my guts.

Friendly today. Order Smoothie combo 1 Supergreen Caesar salad. Salad literally just lettuce and one chopped piece of chicken . No cheese nor anything else dressing nothing No silverware in bag. And I left a tip I want it back ! Tried to call phone was busy ! I stay 15 minutes away ! I’m so done
Look at prior post this is ridiculous! And don’t write me that waste of time message saying “we’re sorry Ebonie “ I wanted my food I’m hungry! Now I just want my Money !! And I’ve already wrote multiple reviews!

Couldn’t understand them in the drive thru so I pulled forward. After sitting there five minutes they told me the drive thru was closed. Their registers worked just fine 3 feet away from the drive thru registers, they’re just rude and lazy. Didn’t bother going in, clearly service is their lowest priority.
