Customer service is great. Mac and cheese tasted like an expired MRE machine and cheese. Bbq traditional wings was good. The bathroom is horrendous. The smells in there make me want to puke. The floor is bare, the toilet leaks and the sink needs to be replaced if i seem the bathroom before I ordered i would of left bc of the owner is too cheap to fix this i cam only imagine the kitchen. The health dept score is 88. I can only imagine why. The paper is not accessible to read like it should be.

Never really had an issue at this location until now I called in the order and when I got there, it was wrong. Granted the only thing that was wrong was I asked for an original chicken sandwich. They gave me a buffalo chicken sandwich. I do know people make mistakes so I may no big deal about. I asked if I can get a particular sauce that comes with the original chicken sandwich and the guy at the front desk wanted to question me and say, did you get a buffalo or original after I told him it was supposed to be an original after that I just wanted the sauces. I asked him how much is it for the sauce and he made it seems at it as if he would just give me the sauce, but after he decided to go talk to his cook, he charged me for the sauce which was no issue, but I think it was kind of wrong because they messed my Order up and I didn’t especially because he charged me $2.20 or a side of sauce which I didn’t agree with either

Haven’t been in a while picked my son up cuz he loves the chicken sandwich and well what the hell we stoped in for dinner and not only was it better then I rember the server was very sweet and nice Tara and mate made sure our food was fresh hot and delicious like I said my son had the spicy buffalo chicken sandwich and I had a nine piece Carolina gold and strawberry reaper and it was better than I remember 10 out of 10

We ordered a combo with fried pickles with a medium drink. The fried pickles tasted like they were fried in fish oil and were not crispy. The wings were not crispy either, did not have a lot of sauce on them, and were small . We did not receive our drink. Will NOT ever go back. Was NOT good value for how much it cost.

The place is very cleanly, best garlic parm wings ever! staff super friendly, and the service is FAST!
Food and atmosphere is great right next to University of South Alabama campus. Made me wish I were in school again. Definitely looking forward to going back on a football weekend.

We ate what we could but some wings like this were too over cooked to eat. :( the atmosphere seemed very cool. The young guy working the phone and register kept saying he was new and that we were to have two sauces with 12 wings but we could only have one because we ordered sauce on the side, if we hadn’t ordered it on the side we could’ve had multiple he said. We won’t be going back because the wings were just too over cooked and inedible. Two 12 count wings with side and a drink was $47.
