I came to this waffle house for the first time during my lunch break. The three ladies up front were very pleasant and sweet. The problem I have is the cook that happens to be working today. She has been rude the entire time. She has foul language, flinging stuff around, saying she will go work somewhere else, Etc and doesn't care who hears it. I have worked in the food industry before. Regardless where you work you are supposed to be professional and represent the place of establishment. Management needs to have a talk with her about her attitude!

Charles is a great server! So nice and pleasant! I was pretty grossed out by another server who had long hair down past the shoulders. It was not pulled back and secured. When they leaned over it was on the counter. I'm sorry but a Waffle House sun visor is an inadequate substitute to keep hair from touching customers orders and surfaces that should be clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: Long sidewalk ramps everyone uses to enter whether they need accessibility or not.

Very friendly staff. They were cordial and very lively. The witty banter amongst themselves and customers was amusing. The food was prepared excellent and was exactly what we needed to finish off a very nice trip.
The one and ONLY reason I don't frequent this WH is they keep it entirely TOO DAMN COLD in there. The atmosphere is unpleasant because my teeth chattered the ENTIRE time I was there, making it an unpleasant experience as far as the atmosphere is concerned.

Had to ask for table to be cleaned. The staff were using language that is inappropriate for a work environment. There were so many f bombs dropped I felt like I was at an r-rated movie. The staff were arguing amongst one another. The atmosphere was inappropriate for family dining and my food was greasy. My husband's was decent. Not an experience I care to repeat.

Please rehydrate the hashbrowns in cold water. If you hydrate in warm water you get mush and its like fried mash. We sent it back but the cook said they all look like that. Note to cook get it right.
