Our waitress Joy was awesome. She refilled our drinks and made sure everything was great. Only giving 4 stars due to my over hard eggs…they were kinda runny. And my husband’s waffle was smaller and burnt. Otherwise food was good.

My wife and I arrived at 830 pm tonight and sat down. Another set of customers came in a few minutes later and sat in the booth behind us, they were waited on immediately. Another customer came in and sat at the counter, again immediate service. We sat there for another ten minutes mot even acknowledged. We got up and told them thank you for waiting on us and left. This WF was not even busy! How does a waitress wait on a table directly adjoining ours, and not see us? Something should be done about this!!!

Tried to keep it on the DL but no one answers the phone. This location is usually great but I found this plastic in my grits!!! I worked in the food industry so I know stuff happens. Owner needs to be aware because there’s some sue happy ppl out there that would’ve raised hell.

We took our granddaughter (her request) to this Waffle House and had a great time! The service was great! Our server (Kayden) was so attentive and friendly. Our food was served fast, hot and delicious. We had scrambled eggs, grits, bacon, a waffle, toast and an omelet between the three of us and it was all yummy!

Caleb is the absolute best Waffle House employee I’ve ever came across other than my husband. I married a former Waffle House employee and this gentleman upholds all old school Waffle House standards we’ve seen. He has the best customer service and had the most outstanding demeanor I’ve seen in such a long time. He made our food and it was cooked to perfection. Was the only one in the facility and treated us with the most welcoming diner experience like how it used to be back in my day. Outstanding gentleman with amazing workability. Man deserves a promotion to the highest degreee. Hard working man with great customer service who represents the company to the highest standards and deserves recognition for it. Will come back to follow up on this. Hard to find good service.

Of course, the place was slammed. Our waitress had a trainee in tow. They were both great. Topped our coffee off. Brought the correct food. Smiling faces, jovial attitudes. Almost like they enjoyed their jobs. I ordered my eggs over easy, and they were exactly that.
I love coming to this waffle house they always serve me with a smile. the food is always great (I always order Togo and it's always a big order) they always prepare my food fast. Anytime we want waffle house, I always prefer this one because they always do an amazing job.
