This is the coldest WaHo on planet Earth! Employees literally told me they keep thermostat at 64F! My coffee was cold before I could finish half a cup. Our food was cold after 3 bites. The waffles were underccoked, as in still wet in middle. The bacon tasted like cardboard.

I have eaten at this Waffle House numerous times and I let me make this very clear SOME of these waitresses NOT ALL need to be ashamed of themselves personal hygiene and appearance is VERY IMPORTANT Nobody wants to look at or smell a DIRTY SMELLY SLOPPY waitress with bad breath and teeth looks like they haven’t been brushed in years. It’s offensive and if you wonder why you aren’t getting tips or your tips are low this is the best tip I can give and loose the attitude if you don’t like your job find another because a nasty person with a nasty lazy attitude is not waitress material I will be eating at another location for now those few waitresses reflects poorly on this location I feel bad for the ones who are clean and not rude Please Fix This

We do waffle house most Sundays when we are in Alabama. The food was good. I get my eggs sunny side up and not everyone knows how to cook them right. The yellow soft and the white cooked. This time it was just right. Also, I get my hash browns smothered and covered (with onions and cheese). I have to say this, whoever cut the onions did a good job. This was the first time that they were cut small. All the other visits, the onions were cut sooo big...our waitress was Monica. She didn't have a name tag, because it had broken and was in her apron pocket. The manager came and asked her about it. She tried to explain about it being broken. I just like to tell him, that the name tag doesn't make the service good. She was a real friendly lady that made us feel wanted. So, thank you Monica (Schillinger Rd. Mobile Alabama across from Raceway)

well when I moved here many years ago I couldn't stand Rottweilers but then I found out something a secret a secret that only Southerners knew it was you could put stuff on your hash browns up north I didn't like the hash browns so much because I didn't want to put ketchup in them and that's what most people did up there but here in the good old south they had a secret the best secrets because I'm going to tell you what it is it is that Southerners go to waffle House and they get hash browns with Believe it or not chili on them they even get them cooked with onions and them or a lot of various other ingredients that they will cook in them for you special order I mean I couldn't believe it I will never look at hash browns again and it's all thanks to waffle House and let me tell you something they have a lot of other things on the items on the menu that you can enjoy eating just as much if not more even. so let me suggest to you no matter what time of day or night there is a waffle House open 24 hours a day you don't have to believe me check it out yourself you can't go wrong

We went there last night and I was not satisfied at all. Ordered to go, 2 chicken sandwich plates one plain and the other all the way and there was no mayo, lettuce tomatoes nor pickles. The employees were standing around conversing instead of working and the waffle machine was not working properly so our waffles was separated. Also, the chili and grits were cold. So cold the cheese did not melt. I usually have a great of experience at this WH.
