I ordered a waffle... the waffle had a hole in it. Not understanding why. Then it was flat n flabby. Of course the cook did not prepare the waffle the manager did. I took it back and the cook remade it. It was much better.

Some of the most courteous workers. The cook came over to see if we would to have our onions grill or raw. The waitress was on point with service. What a pleasant surprise. Nothing beats service with a smile! Thank you for the experience.

The staff were quick and helpful, and the food was delicious! While experimenting with my meal, I found a great combo with the hash browns. When I mentioned it, the waitress recommended a similar dish already on the menu, showing she truly cared about her customers. I’ll definitely be back to try it next time!
My hash brown bowl wasn't good. The hash brown were half done. The cook was friendly. Waitress not so friendly

The overnight process for ordering takes entirely too long. I will never eat at Waffle House as long as the current process is in place. Only 5 people in the building at a time is outrageous IHOP WOULD
