I HATE this new policy that they have that they don't do call-in orders on "major meat" items. I tried to call-in a Texas Cheesesteak melt at 11:45pm and my call-in was refused and I was told that the manager was not available. You would think that with Waffle House being boycotted that they would be trying to get as much business as they can rather than turning customers away.
