Food was good service was horrible. We sat down for 15 mins before a server even came to our table to give us menus and take our drinks. She honestly was a horrible server and kept forgetting the stuff we were asking her to bring us. All she did was talk with her coworkers the whole time instead of doing her job. I hate having to leave bad reviews but this was honestly so horrible. I will say the cook was a better server than our actual server. Atleast the food was good so there’s that. And I won’t name drop but I’m sure she knows who she is.

First time going to this specific one but my waitress Emileigh made it worth it!! She was so nice and made sure I had everything I needed. Always checked on me and others, she made our waffles and they were the best ones I've had out of every waffle house I been to. She was always smiling and made me feel cared for and welcomed.

I really liked the waitress that waited on me. She was the only waitress that day and although there were other people she did a really good job. There was someone there that gave her a hard time but then there are always those people. The cook was really nice too

Ordered a togo online. It said our food would be ready at 8:33. we walked in after 8:33 & the waitress was sitting on her phone in a booth & the cook was in the back. they hadnt even begun to cook our food. we sat in our car while waiting for our food and a few minutes later the waitress, Emeleigh, came outside to kiss her boyfriend. When we finally got our food almost 20 minutes later our waffle didn’t have chocolate chips on it & we were missing a side of sausage. Terrible experience. While they made the rest of our order, Another customer was also waiting on her order that hadn’t been cooked yet.

Chic Hair Affair
I’m so glad that the same staff is not there. That was there two years ago that overcooked my steak and then would not give me a refund or replace it. Then when I called corporate, they said they would send me the money back, but it never happened! This time the staff made sure the order was cooked to satisfaction and the waitress was a sweetie!
We pulled in right during shift changeover but still got great service even with a newer employee they were training.
My parents hadn't been in a long time and I had been craving S'mores waffle and since we don't have one in San Antonio I was excited for my favorite meal of the day breakfast dinner. Steak and eggs is my favorite anytime of day and the waffles was better than expected.
My dad was happy with his plain waffle, and my mom enjoyed the burger with the good patty to bun ratio and at first didn't think she would like the hash browns instead of fries but the hash browns were how she likes them so it was perfect.
All around a good stop.
Not all Waffle Houses are the same but is stop again if I passed through again.
