Staff is beyond rude well when I say staff I MEAN SUZAN. I placed an online order showed them receipt all and they still wouldn’t make my food. SUSAN WAS ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL TO MY BOYFRIEND AND I!! After I visit with the manager and get my money back tomorrow I will not becoming back unless she’s gone!! She was beyond mean! She lied to me and said she called corp but told her staff that she wasn’t going to call. It’s not fair at all with the experience my boyfriend and I had encountered. We ended up going to one of the other Waffle House after the experience in mobile and they was extremely nicer than SUSAN!!! I sure hope she gets fired for the way we was treated.

Ordered sausage/milk gravy. Gravy was rank. Bacon and milk was good
Went to eat here and the waitress had the worst attitude someone can have. She was sitting down the whole time and didn’t refill our drinks. When I went to pay she told me the amount to pay with a bad attitude for no reason. Kind of shocking to have someone working in a place to be getting bad attitudes with customers and the customers have no clue why. Then being a waitress and not doing your job unacceptable. I reached out to the owner for a full refund and have not heard nothing back, not shocked at all. To have someone working who talking and treating customers like that I’m show tats on ownership and management. I seriously have no clue why the waitress was rude to me just paying when she the one had bad customer service. I even was going to give a 2.00 tip and I said I should have not even gave that. She yelled you can have it back. All the videos about Waffle House obviously true if you go to this one. Worst customer service I ever saw and as a business owner myself it was embarrassing to witness even though it happened to me. Hopefully they do customer service training because that’s just unacceptable.

Fantastic this morning. Cindy was our waitress. Never had a better one. She's awesome. The store was immaculate. Clean and beautiful. A very nice visit. Definitely be back.
When traveling I enjoy finding the nearest waffle house to have my breakfast...very friendly atmosphere at all locations and my food is always hot and prepared to my likings...great job at all locations.
