This is rough, this is Waffle House number 73 for me, we always try to hit new ones when traveling. We have a regular one we eat at almost every Sunday so we understand new hires & occasional cooking errors. This was not that, bug in water, hair in food, slow order prep, missing items, and prepared wrong. May have been a new server but we explained exactly how to call & it came out wrong twice. They did comp the one that came out wrong but it also didn't get eaten as it was still wrong. We gave up on asking to fix things as it was already putting us behind for our day. Certainly in the bottom 3 of all our visits.

Walked in on a Sunday night 1251 am. A non holiday and contrary to the sign, I was told I could not order in. 2020s waffle house is a far reach from the great service normally given. If you're not eating in the daytime don't bother

I am in Mobile for business and had an early start. The 2 outstanding people that were working at 4:45 am on Thursday morning on 9/25/2025 were amazing! Service 6 out of 5 stars, food well I wish all of the waffle houses cared this much and the entertainment and laughs. I truly needed that. I thank you both!!! I wish I knew their names. Best waffle house ever just gave me hope in the brand again!
