1st visit I was very impressed all the clothing sections are on display as if we're in a large Mall , huge selection of clothing for all sizes. I've always enjoyed shopping here, friendly workers and feeling safe while shopping. Always security there when I've been.

I'm glad Walmart updated their Dawes Rd location but honestly it looks a lot like target now. If I wanted to shop at target I will go there

There is easy access from major roads in the area. There was plenty of parking so we didn't have far to walk. The people were helpful and pleasant. The store was well laid out and most everything I needed was where I thought it was. The self check out really speeds things up.

The front store manager is RUDE How can a store have someone like that in a management position she would not help me in anyway with a return just wanted an exchange and she said go to another store our return dept is closed I never been in there and someone just brushed me off like that very rude and disrespectful

Walmart at Dawes. What happened to y’all? You used to have better service with registers open for us older folks with large baskets of groceries. Im sitting here in line with several others with full baskets and one cashier! She’s also young and extremely slow. I asked her if they were going to call another cashier and she said no. There’s no way to self check out with a large basket of groceries and no belt to put them on. What do you expect us to do??? Come on! I used to tell folks this was a good Walmart with management that seemed to care. I guess I’ll have to spend more money and go to Publix where they care more about customer service.

Walmart is fine it's Walmart but the customers treat the staff like garbage. And that shouldn't be allowed. Some of these folks need to be banned. But consistent and good. Has less of a selection of lovely women's clothes than Saraland Walmart.

Overall, Walmart usually has most everything I need, and most often their employees go out of their way to help me find something whenever I have difficulty finding it by myself. I have Walmart Plus and always use Walmart Pay to checkout quickly with my phone. I love the convenience of using my phone to pay instead of having to pull out my credit card.
