THE BEST sushi restaurant in all of Mobile! I regret every time i pick another sushi place to try because it’s never even close to theirs! So fresh everytime. I crave their sashimi roll!!!! everything i’ve tried is always amazing!

My wife and I had been looking for a good Japanese restaurant in Mobile since we moved here. We tried several options, and up until now only one had really pleased us. That changed when we discovered Wassabi. Without a doubt, it was the best sushi we’ve had since arriving here. The fish was extremely fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was pleasant and calm, with background music and no excessive noise. The service was also very good. We’re really happy because we’ve finally found a truly great Japanese restaurant in town!

We came in around 2:40–2:45 pm without realizing the restaurant was about to close (the sign said they were open until 2:45, but we didn’t notice at first). Once we understood, we were ready to leave, but the staff kindly offered to serve us anyway — and I’m so glad they did!
Everything we ordered was delicious: the spicy seafood soup was flavorful and comforting, and the sushi was very fresh. We especially loved the fried B-52 sushi rolls (not sure of the exact name, but they were amazing!).
Huge thanks to the team for their hospitality right before closing — it made our experience even more special. We’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The guy from here twice in the last 2 weeks; that's how much we liked it. 🍣😋The sushi is absolutely incredible. 🍱🍣🤩 We roll Tide, roll the Mount Fuji roll, the avocado oil, add any vegetable tempura. 🥑🍤Everything there has been phenomenal. 🌟 We've gone back, like I said, twice, basically got the same things. 🍣 We really enjoyed it, and we'll go back again. 🥢😊

Would have been really good if it had broth in my noodles. Plus, my noodles had an oily taste to it. So I guess it was fried. But Lucky for me I had a bottle of water. Can't eat dry noodles. But the crazy girl sushirolls was really nice. Above all the meal was filling..

The sashimi was very fresh and had great flavor and texture. The kani salad was more cucumber than kani, but had great flavor as well. I would've liked more kani, though. I will definitely be back!
I only give it 3 for the atmosphere because the bathroom door knobs are really sticky... ew. Great rolls though.

When I first walked in the man running the restaurant didn’t say a word and pointed at the table we would sit at- I did not find this very hospitable. He was quiet and had an airpod in his ear while taking our order. The Miso soup was wonderful, but our food took over thirty minutes and never came out. We had come with high hopes but ended up leaving disappointed because of the long wait. No sushi for us!
