The first time we ate here, we waited an hour for 20 wings. We saw people who came in after us get their food before ours. The second time, we ordered online since it took so long when we walked in last time. Our order was supposed to be ready at 5:39, we didn't receive our food until 6:30. When we finally opened our boxes, we were missing 9 wings, our fries were so soggy, and the ranch was so hot. When we called to let them know we were missing our wings and were aggravated since we waited so long, the employees didn't seem to care too much. I do not recommend eating here if you want to get your food in a timely manner or if you want fresh food. Update: We ran up there to get the 10 traditional wings we were missing and they gave us chicken tenders instead.

Do not go here if you want your food in the same year that you ordered it. I have been here twice now, and both times my food was given to me way after initially said it would be. Employees also very apathetic to customers/wait time. Was told there was a 10 minute wait and got my order of 20 wings and fries in an hour. Food is also ice cold, microwave will be your best friend if you choose to order take out from here. UPDATE: Also got my order wrong. Nothing new from them 😂 this place is a clown show !! Got a 10 piece Honey BBQ and got 5 wings. Great job WEMO! Keep up the good work!

Definitely not trying to down Wemos at all. Their food can be really good. They have a great selection. To me my only complaint is their consistency. When its good its fantastic, other times its frustrating. We've had 10 pc wings swimming in way too much sauce (literally enough to coat a good another 50 or more) other times we've had tenders instead of bone in wings. They're always nice and respectful just seems like the kitchen can be unorganized.

My fries were not cooked and my chicken was cold. I got the buffalo chicken fries. My wife got the nachos and they were cold also.. wouldn’t recommend to anyone. And will not be going back…

My husband always orders from here on DoorDash for delivery during football/basketball season for him and his friends & he loves it. I don’t eat here all that often, in fact I think this was my second time ever having it AND most likely my last.
We called to place an order for pick up. The first time we called the phone rang until it went to voicemail, but we got an answer on the second attempt. They told us the order would be ready in 20 minutes.
We got there just before the 20 minute mark and our food wasn't ready. Which is completely fine. They were busy. We waited for about 50 minutes before my husband was handed our bag of togo food and came back to the car.
He asked me to check the bag to make sure everything was there. As soon as i opened the first container, i knew the food wasnt fresh. There was condensation all in the container and the fried okra were cold and soggy. I mention this to my husband, and he said he wasnt going back in there. (He was cranky..hangry at this point) so I check the rest of the boxes —for accuracy, not quality/temperature— & we drive home (7minutes from the restaurant).
I get home and open my food (buffalo chicken fries) and the whole plate was cold. The fries tasted like they had been fried a long time ago and not even held under a heat lamp. The chicken was soggy, and the queso dip was solidified at the bottom of the container. Clearly the food had not been made fresh.
Waiting longer than anticipated isn’t my complaint. I worked in restaurants for 10 years and understand how a kitchen can get backed up. But never have I worked in a backed up kitchen and sent out old food. Why did we wait for an hour to receive the food if it tasted like it had been made an hour ago?!
Can’t say “we’ll never be back” because men are men and will eat with no complaints. But next time I’ll head down airport to WingStop and get my FRESH hot food after waiting 45 minutes to an hour on a busy night.

Hands down the most awful fried okra I’ve ever eaten. The wings were just ok.
7/1/25 today is my 2nd visit 1st it was good this time the food was very poor the wings wasn't done fries cold after bringing them back the skin on the chicken was still not done at all but this time it was red seasoning on the fries I didn't know they had cooked very very hard filled with lots and lots of red seasoning it's so very very sad to think a place of business will do someone like this without cause on top of that they didn't give me the blue cheese the 2nd go around replacement was ranch but To God Be The Glory In The Name Of Jesus Christ He SEES And Knows ALL Things.
