“I don't know how this location handles their lunch and dinner shifts, but I can attest to how smooth and quick things run for their breakfast. Always fast, always tasty, and pretty good "2 for" deals. You can count on them for a fast breakfast.“
“I'm usually not the one to write reviews, but I just had to congratulate the manager, Ms. Albuquerque (if I typed that right) for a job well done on the awesome customer service she presented when preparing my food. She made sure the food was hot and fresh. I highly recommend going when she's there.?“
“Well, sometimes the staff is ok. It really depends on who is on the crew that day. The question is, do they really care if your order is filled or whether their personal problems need to be solved on the phone???? If no one seems to care, your wait will be longer than anticipated. Orders have to be double checked because what's on the receipt, may not be what's in the bag. Customer service is definitely not high on the priority list.“
“I went to Wendy’s for a Frosty and noticed a bunch of new dessert items—shakes, swirls, mixers with Oreos, strawberry, and several other flavors. Pretty legit dessert menu they’ve got now.
I also got a Biggie Bag, but they shorted me two of my chicken nuggets. The junior bacon cheeseburger—or whatever they call it—was the worst thing I’ve ever had. The bacon wasn’t cooked through, the meat was cold, and the bread was awful. And the lettuce—if you can even call it that—was the white part of a head, barely green.
Overall, it was fine—the fries were good, my drink was good, and the Oreo mixer shake was pretty decent. But the spoons were buried, and the no straws either. I just don't think it's that hard to deliver on the basics of service.“
